Ever wondered how to heal your body,

Mind and emotions just with the power of your own presence?

Embark on this transformative journey with me where each moment will bring you closer to a sense of deeper harmony and balance.

Today we will be discovering the art of self-healing through this guided meditation where using breath,

Imagery and affirmations we will take a step towards deep inner peace and healing.

Let's begin,

Inviting a few nice deep slow breaths,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly,

Breathing in and feeling your breath as it enters your lungs and encouraging your breath to go deep into the base of your lungs as you breathe in and slowly smoothly gently breathing out and now moving your awareness to the top of your head and making your way down to your forehead,

Noticing and just moving the eyebrows a little to stretch the muscles there releasing them if you can and moving down into your face,

Noticing what expression you have and inviting any muscles that feel tense to release if you can and if ever there any muscles that don't release and feel tense just being aware and being kind to those sensations as you move down to your jaw giving the muscles there a stretch and if you feel willing and able to have a very small smile on your face you may like to do that and moving your awareness down to your neck,

You're welcome to gently move and stretch if you feel you need it and bringing your awareness to your shoulders,

Gently rolling them,

Feeling the sensations there with awareness and compassion,

Scanning your awareness down your arms into your hands perhaps gently opening and closing the hands,

Feel the sensations there,

Right down into your fingertips if you can and then moving your awareness down your back,

Your spine all the way down into your lower back and then also feeling the sensations in your chest,

Connecting with your body,

Caring for your body healing the sensations,

The obvious ones and the more subtle ones that you may not have noticed at first and then moving down into your hips and pelvis region and then if you can moving your attention down your legs all the way down to your feet and toes and now imagining a healing light above your head a warm golden light and imagine this light slowly descending above your head,

Slowly into your body and imagine this golden light makes its way down from your head,

Through your neck,

Down through all the parts of your body your shoulders and arms and hands,

This golden healing light going down your chest,

Belly and down into your legs imagine it as a warm,

Comforting feeling,

It has this energy of healing and to be healing it's kind and compassionate and caring and accepting of your body just the way it is,

Imagine this healing light going into all your major organs into all the tissues that make up your organs,

Into all the cells that make up those tissues imagine all the cells in your body being healed,

Feeling whole and perhaps even gently smiling as they receive this golden light with each inhale,

Breathing in this golden light,

This healing energy each time you breathe out,

Letting go of anything that doesn't serve you,

Breathing out any limiting thoughts or beliefs breathing in this healing quality into the heart of your being,

Letting this be a natural,

Soothing,

Almost effortless process as if the healing is happening by itself,

You're just watching,

You don't need to do it and if there's a certain part of your body that needs healing,

You can gently focus your attention there imagining the healing light more intensely shining on that area,

Providing extra energy,

Extra compassion and kindness and care going through challenging emotions then you can feel this healing light going to that part of your body where you feel that emotion perhaps your chest or your heart or your belly area,

Wherever you feel it making this healing light your own,

Let it shine any other colours that you feel it needs to have,

Any form that works for you like a compassionate gift for yourself,

You might want to combine this with a few gentle phrases as you breathe you could say I am healing or I am whole,

Just the word peace or kindness maybe there's some other quality you want to cultivate,

See what word is most meaningful and special for you in this moment and gently saying that phrase each time you breathe out now in our quiet time,

Continue to practice as best you can with whatever approach you find most enjoyable or beneficial maybe imagining the light in your body or repeating a certain phrase as you breathe or maybe just to sing and just being,

Just simply breathing and practicing in a way that you'd most prefer
