Good morning.

Before this day unfolds,

Before you step into all the roles and responsibilities waiting for you,

There's this moment to simply arrive.

Find stillness wherever you are.

Let your body settle naturally.

Close your eyes and feel yourself landing here,

Now.

Notice what's present without changing anything.

Taste in the mouth whatever's there.

Sounds around you coming and going like gentle waves.

The air moving in and out of your nostrils.

Your body breathing naturally.

The weight of your body.

The surface supporting you.

The temperature of the air.

Just breathing naturally.

Letting yourself arrive fully in this moment.

Nothing to do.

Nothing to become.

Nothing to fix.

Simply here.

As you rest here,

Let me remind you of something you may have forgotten in sleep.

You're not just a human having another day.

You are light,

Conscious awareness,

Temporarily focused into this beautiful human form.

Feel into that essential light at your centre.

The awareness that's always been with you.

From this place of knowing,

Let an intention arise for how you want to live today.

I choose to move through this day as an awakened loving being.

Or let your own words emerge.

Something in the present tense.

As if it's already happened.

Now repeat your intention silently three times.

Feeling it settle into every part of you.

Now gently let it go.

You're not becoming something new.

You're remembering what's always been true.

And choosing to live from that centre today.

Gently scan through your body.

Crown of your head.

Forehead.

Both eyes resting softly.

Throat centre.

Both shoulders.

Heart.

Both arms.

Hands resting.

Belly.

Hips.

Both legs.

Feet.

Feel your whole body at once.

One unified form.

This body isn't just flesh and bone.

It's how your light moves through space today.

Very gently let your eyes open.

Not looking at anything in particular.

Just letting the visual world exist softly around you.

Now let's bless your human form.

Look at your hands.

These are how your light touches the world.

Feel warm radiance flowing through them.

Feel your skin.

Feel your feet.

Your connection to the earth.

They carry your light wherever you're called to go.

Place a hand on your heart.

This is where your light shines brightest.

Radiating through your form.

Feel your breath.

Your inner radiance breathing through form.

Now let's choose your day's expression.

What qualities do you want to embody today?

Compassion.

Clarity.

Peace.

Courage.

Determination.

Choose and embrace them.

Not forcing.

Just choosing.

Now let's prepare for connection.

Think of the people you'll meet today.

Not as demands.

But as other lights in human form.

How will your light meet theirs?

With patience.

Curiosity.

Kindness.

Now let your eyes open fully.

Look around you.

This is your practice ground.

Seeing the ordinary world through the eyes of the light you are.

You can be fully aware of the external world.

While remaining rooted in your essential nature as light.

This is the practice for today.

Fully human and fully light simultaneously.

Your sacred assignment.

Today,

Remember your light in every role.

Working.

Light expressing through work.

Talking.

Light through conversation.

Eating.

Walking.

Light nourishing the body.

Walking.

Light moving through space.

If you forget during the day,

That's okay.

The moment you remember is a moment of awakening.

Each remembering is a gift to yourself and the world.

Each time you practice this progressive opening,

Your ability to maintain presence in daily life grows stronger.

Take one more breath.

With your eyes fully open.

Seeing your world as the light you are.

When you stand up and begin your day,

You're taking this awareness with you.

Your human form is blessed.

Your light is awake.

Your day is a canvas for awakened expression.

The world is waiting to meet the light you are.
