Returning to strength.

Welcome.

You've pressed play right now because you feel restless.

Maybe there's tension in your body,

Your groin or a fog in your mind but you're feeling that familiar craving,

The pull toward the promise of relief that you know will leave you empty or after.

Right now this is not about shaming or punishing yourself but the same energy that drives you to escape yourself right now can be guided somewhere meaningful.

You're here because you already know that and what you're really longing for is the deeper kind of satisfaction that is waiting underneath the habit.

So let's channel that energy for the greater good instead.

You're here because you want to feel your power again.

Sit comfortably,

Let your spine rise tall,

Your shoulders relax.

Take a slow breath in through the nose and deeply exhale out the mouth.

Again in through the nose and deep out the mouth.

Continue and with each breath feel your body opening a little more space inside.

Now continue breathing in and out through the nose.

We're gonna inhale for a count of four,

Hold for two and exhale for a count of six.

Inhale for four,

Hold for two,

Exhale for six.

Exhale for six.

Exhale for six.

Exhale for six.

Slowing down the breath,

Feeling yourself becoming more steady,

More grounded.

You're preparing your mind and body to meet what comes next,

Not by force but with calm awareness.

Whenever you're ready and slowly come back to your natural breath.

Notice what's moving in you.

Maybe there's a sense of restlessness,

Maybe a pull towards something you don't actually want.

Right now we don't need to label it good or bad,

Just notice something inside wants relief,

Escape,

Wants comfort,

Wants more.

Right now feel where in your body that lives.

Is it in your chest,

In your belly,

Your groin?

Without trying to change it,

Just breathing with this awareness.

Inhaling gently into that place and exhaling with release.

And for this moment really being present with that energy,

With those sensations,

Not running,

Not fixing,

Just present.

This energy is not your enemy,

It's life force moving through you.

Right now,

With your breath,

You're giving it direction.

Inhale and feel it rise through your chest up to your heart.

With your exhale,

Let it settle and ground you.

Notice the movement of energy and how the intensity can soften when you stop fighting it.

Every breath you take now is telling your nervous system you can feel the pull and still stay steady.

Keep breathing into it.

Long inhale through the nose and a long exhale out the mouth.

And in that movement of energy,

You might feel heat,

Tingling,

Movement.

Let it move and let it become part of your aliveness.

Noticing the energy move through you.

It's not just something to endure,

It's fuel.

It is life force wanting to move through you.

So within your own awareness,

Ask yourself,

Where could this energy go that serves me?

It might want to go into your body,

A push to move,

Stretch,

To exercise,

Moving the energy.

It might move into your mind,

Focus on a project,

A craft,

Perhaps finally doing the thing you've been putting off,

Moving the energy.

It might want to move through your heart,

Sending attention to someone you care for,

Simply connecting with the calm inside yourself.

You don't have to choose where the energy is going right now,

Just feel the possibilities.

This energy can become momentum,

Clarity,

Or creativity.

Something to elevate you rather than to deplete you.

Keep breathing into that potential and feel the relaxation and the strength that comes with it at the same time.

In this moment,

Right here,

You are choosing yourself.

That choice is your strength.

You are practicing how to hold and to uphold your power.

Each time you stay with this breath,

You are relearning and remembering that you are not ruled by your impulses.

The urge will pass and you have the power,

The steadiness to keep growing.

Feel that truth in your body right now and clear.

Now let your breath come back to a natural rhythm,

Feeling your feet,

Your hands.

You are a powerful and grounded man with strength and awareness.

You can feel desire without being consumed by it.

This moment,

This stillness,

This calmness is where your power resides.

So let's take one last deep breath in and a slow breath out.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Lift your gaze.

You're back,

Steady,

Present and free.
