Have you noticed that recently there is a whole new shift in how people look at their lives and it's kind of moving from self-improvement to self-mastery? Hello this is Sumit Jain and guess what we are at the halfway point and it's day 11.

We have pushed through 10 consecutive days of tapping into stillness and silence together and by now your physiology is changing,

Your emotional state is changing,

Your DNA is changing,

You're shifting out of your natural state of fight or flight mode and you're coming into your natural state to a more intuitive the creative state of restful awareness.

What's happening to your physiology and your emotional state during your meditation is now going to begin to weave itself into who you are on a daily basis and this is a magnificent amazing and a celebratory moment.

So huge congratulations on this big big step that you have taken and you have achieved and we are about to take this next step further across the halfway point and we are going to cross this line which is divided into our lives through this meditation and so I want to really praise you and honor you for taking this step and doing this 10 consecutive days with us and after today we've got only 10 more steps and as we cross over this hurdle,

As we cross all of our lines,

Your lines,

My lines,

They will be changed forever.

We will be changed forever.

So let's get comfortable.

This is a really very very powerful process at the halfway point and it's as if we have ran 10 miles and we are just going to turn around and run back 10 miles and it's all chartered territory so no reason to be scared and no reason to think that you cannot do it.

You have caught us so far and you are the one who is going to take us back all the way.

So at this point we've already learned a lot of different kinds of meditation but one thing what we have learned and one thing we always need to instill within ourselves is that effort does not lead to success in meditation.

It's counterintuitive to everything we've ever been taught in our lives.

If you remember when you were in the kindergarten or school or college or you were in job or even in devotional or religious practices,

We've always been taught to focus,

To concentrate on our efforts and you will receive success.

It's true there except in meditation because meditation is all about surrender.

So let's just spend some time in surrendering.

Just find a comfortable space and close your eyes.

Today you can sit down straight without crossing your legs.

You can sit on a sofa or a chair,

Not on the floor or you can lie down.

And now once you're comfortable just take a deep breath in and just gently let go.

Take a deep slow breath in and gently let go.

And now with your eyes closed let's just surrender.

Imagine that you have the ability to fly but it doesn't happen when you flap your arms or wings and it doesn't happen when you kick your feet.

It only happens the more you let go.

So see yourself in your mind's eyes standing on the ground and as you become more submissive,

As you become more surrendered,

As you become more melted,

You seem to love this universe.

You seem to love the abundance and as you do that you seem to get a lift just a couple of inches off the ground.

So just try to close your eyes and take a deep breath and exhale with surrender.

And with every surrender you feel yourself becoming lighter.

You're getting a lift off and you realize the connection between letting go and lifting off,

Letting go and rising up,

Letting go and flying,

Letting go and taking off.

So simply sink into your breath and as you breathe in you seem to balance and as you release you simply seem to fly.

Sink into your breath and balance and just let go and fly.

So now you realize that you can be a being of surrender in spite of all the high achievements you have achieved in this life.

But you can surrender.

You can let go and you can melt.

It's okay to let go right here and right now.

During this process just keep remembering to breathe deeply because as we exhale we lighten our load and keep lightening your load.

There is so much of emotional baggage.

There's so much of heavy weights on our chest.

Let's not address it and let's not go deeper into it.

Let's just lighten it up a little bit.

So just take a deep breath in and breathe into your heart deeply and as you exhale just let go of something,

That something,

Even that tiniest thing which you're holding onto.

It might be a small speck of dust,

Maybe a very very small part.

Wherever it is inside you just let it go.

Just keep breathing in and keep releasing.

Breathe in and release.

Breathe in and just let go.

One last time take a slow deep breath in and let go.

Just flow,

Just flow and just surrender.

Just let go.

There's no point of holding on to those things.

Just let it go.

Start becoming soft a little bit.

Just release it.

Just release it to the universe.

Take your time.

Because it's the Saying of Gospel and it's ourSp Patrisse Om Shanti,

You can stop lightening your load now and after doing this you must be pretty light,

Pretty fascinated and as we have ventured for 10 days in one direction today is a turnaround day to reinforce,

To rejuvenate and we are so much lighter than when we started our journey together.

So simply breathe deeply and just feel inside how lighter you are right now.

Just feel it.

Just see that whatever heaviness was there before it isn't there anymore.

Isn't it amazing how you've transformed yourself.

So let's celebrate that we have turned the corners on this halfway point and we are on the 11th day.

It's more than 50% already done.

It's so spectacular.

Let's celebrate it and you really deserve a huge appreciation,

Attention,

Affection and acceptance into my life for being part of this 21 day meditation series club.

So thank you for being with us and when you open your eyes you just look around.

Maybe you don't see somebody or maybe you see somebody meditating with you.

Just go there and hug them and feel the flow of energy flowing between both of you and even if you cannot see anybody just feel the thousands of meditators along with you who are tapping into this stillness and silence along with you flowing the energy.

This give-and-take going on automatically.

It's time to fill what is empty and empty what is full and you're pretty full right now,

Pretty abundant and you're pretty light on baggage.

You're pretty heavy on stillness and silence.

This is the greatest exchange.
