Welcome to this guided meditation on Niyama and Niyama.
Find yourself a comfortable seated place or you can lay down on your back.
Take a moment to ground yourself to the here and the now.
Let's bring the awareness to your breath.
Simply breathing in and out of your nose.
There is no need to make any changes to your breath.
Simply bringing awareness and breathing in and you are breathing out.
Noticing if your chest is rising,
Belly is rising.
Noticing if your chest is falling,
Your belly is falling.
As we breathe in and out through our nose.
Bringing more kindness to our soul self,
Like he himself.
As you breathe in through your nose,
Bringing more peace and love.
As you breathe out letting go what no longer serves you.
Let's take a slow,
Three deep breaths.
Really taking your time and if you notice your head is feeling heavy.
That's because you are inhaling more and exhaling less.
So maybe small deep breaths in and out and if it's helpful maybe counting for one,
Two,
Three for inhale.
And exhale for one,
Two,
Three.
Keeping yourself with love and kindness and compassion to yourself and others around you.
Satya,
Comparing ourselves to others is this deal of joy.
Bringing the awareness to the desires.
Desire to steal is usually due to lacking.
See if we can be more authentic to this practice and honor this moment and be fully present.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Inhaling more joy and exhale the word lacking from your dictionary,
From your life.
Inhale more joy and letting go what no longer serves you.
Bringing more awareness to this moment so that we can fully enjoy this opportunity to live an authentic life.
Satya,
Being true to yourself,
Checking in with yourself.
Being true to this moment right here,
Right now.
As you breathe in.
Saying the word satnam means I am truth.
Inhale sat,
Exhale nam.
Inhale sat,
Exhale nam.
Inhale nam,
Inhale sat,
Exhale nam.
And just repeat if you feel comfortable the word satnam three times.
Satnam,
Satnam,
Satnam.
I am the truth.
Freedom to be in this moment.
Freedom is not for a person,
Freedom is from the person.
Let's bring the awareness back to your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Soften those eyeballs.
Relax your breath on your soul.
Being truth to this breath.
Inhaling truth,
Exhaling truth.
Noticing the authentic self as you breathe in and out.
Let's bring the awareness to brahmacharya,
Walking with God or universe.
Too much of a good thing is a bad thing.
Can we reach enough and honor enough?
Let's take a moment and notice.
What is that we cling to?
The more we have,
The more we cling.
And what we cling to,
The more fear of losing it.
Can we practice the mantra,
I am enough?
Practicing gratitude each moment.
Gratitude is the highest form of meditation.
Be authentic in that gratitude.
Let's say thank you three times.
Inhale,
Exhale thank you.
Inhale,
Exhale thank you.
Inhale,
Exhale thank you.
Spreading that gratitude as you exhale to the universe.
Now let's take a moment.
As you breathe in and out through your nose.
Bringing three people in mind that you want to say thank you to.
No need to think too hard.
Simply just bring them to mind and go ahead right away say thank you to those three people.
Breathing in and out as you say thank you.
Now let's go ahead and say three thank yous to three things that you are grateful of.
Your house.
Job.
Children.
Health.
Anything that you are grateful of.
Just three things immediately that comes up.
And let's begin.
Aparya Graha.
It's bringing the balance between living authentic self and loving fully.
The non attachment.
As you sit in this practice,
Let go of the outcome from this practice and just be in this moment.
Just being fully present.
Right here right now.
Enjoy completely in the moment and then release.
Scan your body and notice what is that you're hanging on to.
Can you give yourself permission to let go.
Can we bring more Satcha.
Surely present in the relationship with the self right here right now.
Bringing positive thoughts,
Pure thoughts.
And as you said in this meditation.
Go ahead to bring the awareness to your breath and bring more Satoshi contentment in this practice.
Acceptance of who we are,
What we have and where we are at this moment right here right now.
Bringing more Satoshi in life.
And every step that we take,
Every breath that we take.
Full contentment.
Nothing to do,
Nowhere to go.
Fully being present in this acceptance.
Pappas is showing up for the practice.
Having a safe and sensible place within yourself.
Showing up to the daily practice.
To the commitment that you have.
Showing up and fully pure.
Bringing the wisdom to the healthy choices that you're making.
Shifting the focus inward to see the wisdom that you carry to make those healthy choices.
Wise decisions.
Swati Yaya.
Self-awareness.
Believes we hold for ourself.
Right action,
Right speech.
What we speak about others.
It's often we're projecting who we are and what we believe.
What we say do reflects on who we are at our core.
Bringing more awareness to our thoughts and actions in speech.
And practice to understand.
Not to judge.
Be the witness of your thoughts in your speech and the watcher of your own thoughts.
That's self-awareness.
Ishvara pranadana.
Just surrender to this practice right here,
Right now.
That's all we have.
The life exists right at this moment.
Right here.
Letting go of the thoughts,
Your body as you surrender in this practice.
Accepting as you surrender that there is a greater purpose and a force in our lives.
As you surrender,
Go ahead and release your own expectations of what the world should or shouldn't be.
And accepting what is.
And as you surrender to this practice right here,
Right now.
Open your heart.
Releasing,
Engaging and accepting to surrender.
Accepting this practice of yama and yama.
See if we can fully understand.
Ahimsa Satya Asteya Brahmacharya.
Parigraha Satya Santoja Tapasa.
Svabhyaya Ishvara Pranadana.
Complete surrender and awareness.
Taking slow,
Free,
Deep breaths at your own time.
Slowly bringing the awareness to your body.
If you're laying down slowly,
Go ahead and roll yourself to your right hand side and bring yourself to a seated position.
But if you are sitting,
Bring your hands to prayer hands.
And if you're on the floor when you're ready,
Go ahead,
Bring your hands to prayer hands.
And bow down to your prayer hand.
Sit in gratitude.
And let's pray.
You're most welcome to read after me,
Or you can simply just listen.
Maybe bring strength where there is weaknesses.
Maybe bring courage where there is fear.
Maybe bring compassion where there is misunderstanding.
Maybe bring light where there is darkness.
Maybe bring more peace to this world.
Namaste.
Namaste.
Namaste.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you for coming and listening.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
