And just get comfortable.
Close your eyes if it feels right,
Keep them open if you want.
And just bringing your focus in.
Just being present with your body.
Being present with your thoughts.
And just scanning your body for any areas that might feel dense.
Maybe you can just send a little more awareness,
A little more love-light awareness into those areas.
Just as you do that,
Feel them just slowly melt.
Or ease or open or create a little bit of spaciousness.
You don't have to do anything,
Just bringing your awareness to those places.
Just awareness of your whole body.
How it interacts with the space around it.
Are there any sounds you can hear?
Any visions,
Any sights,
Any sensations?
Just notice that they're all happening inside of your awareness.
There's absolutely nothing that's happening that is outside of your awareness.
Each sound,
Each sensation,
Each breath,
Each thought.
It's already happening whether you like it or not.
And it's happening inside of awareness.
It's not happening to your awareness.
It may pull your awareness towards it.
But it's happening inside of absolutely everything,
Which is inside of all awareness.
Noticing everything.
Everything you're aware of,
Everything that you notice.
It is already approved of by God.
It is already accepted by God.
It is already here as an expression of God.
So whether you accept it or reject it is irrelevant.
It is already by its very nature,
Because it is here,
Included.
Can you just rest in the inclusivity of that experience,
That everything,
The fear and the discomfort that the abortion laws generate within you.
Those feelings and sensations in your belly,
In your body,
In your physical being,
In your emotions are already here and a part of what is and is accepted.
The circumstances that arise,
That have arisen to bring those are already here within your awareness.
And it's like stepping back from the moment of like,
Oh,
I have to accept this.
You don't have to accept anything and you don't have to reject anything because your acceptance and your rejection has zero impact on what is right now in this moment.
Because it is already accepted by God,
Because it is here and it is already an expression of God.
And just resting in that aware state,
That state of awareness where everything that is is already here and so therefore is already accepted.
And you may not like it and your dislike of it is already accepted.
And you may resist it and your resistance of it is already accepted.
You don't need to do anything because it already is.
And you can start to just bring your awareness to each thing,
Each noise,
Each sensation,
Each feeling.
Oh,
There's irritation.
Oh,
There's a bird singing.
Oh,
There's anger.
There's frustration.
There's a breeze on my skin.
There's warmth and radiation from the sun.
You just start becoming the awareness.
You don't have to like anything and you don't have to dislike anything and you don't have to judge anything.
You can just start filling your mind with the statements of awareness.
Just noticing being the awareness of everything that is in your awareness right now in this moment.
Knowing that your opinion of it is completely irrelevant because it is here already and thereby already is and is God and is accepted and is welcomed and included.
All parts are welcome.
All parts are included in the eyes of the creator and your awareness of the eyes of the creator and your experiences within your awareness.
It's not happening to your awareness.
It's not happening outside of your awareness.
It is your awareness.
Bringing awareness to that awareness.
Bringing back so that you're noticing,
You're just noticing everything that arises,
Everything that appears,
Everything that pulls your attention,
Your awareness.
Every sound,
Every sight,
Every feeling,
Every sensation.
When you fill your consciousness with awareness,
When you fill it and literally taking those moments to note it in your head,
All of these moments of awareness,
When you almost can bring them vocally to your mind as they're passing,
It allows you to let them pass through you and experience them without being attached to them.
Your mind is so full of awareness that there's no room for your ego,
For your opinions,
For your for your dis-ease in relating to this.
So it creates the sense of stillness within,
The peacefulness where there is nothing to do except notice and feel into the space there,
That the ease,
The joy,
It's like there is an element of awe and bliss in resting in the I am presence,
Resting in the moment of awareness and noticing.
Resting in the irritation,
Resting in the noise,
Resting in the peace,
Resting in the warmth,
Resting in the tumult of emotions.
And the practice is to do this especially in times that are difficult,
Especially when you're in the tumult of emotions because that's when you want to judge,
That's when you want to grab hold of something and make it about you and turn it into something that you can grasp hold of or fight or resist or dislike or judge and if you can bring the awareness back a step so that you are aware of the thoughts,
Aware of the feelings,
Aware of the sensations and you can do this just by naming them in your head.
When we're naming it and recognizing it and resting in the awareness of that,
It's really peaceful.
It's the eyes of God,
Your God Self seeing through the eyes of God,
God seeing through the eyes of you,
God and you one and the same,
You and God one and the same,
You and me one and the same,
You and all others one and the same,
Just different perspectives,
Different awareness,
Different experiences but the awareness is your contribution to the same and your awareness of everything that is in your awareness right now is already included by all that is by God,
By love light.
Doing this exercise,
This meditation allows you to rest in that state of being pleased with what is.
Even if you're not pleased with what is,
Take a step back from that and be pleased that you are not pleased with what is.
Allow yourself to have the awareness and experience of not being pleased without having to change anything,
Just noticing it.
This is how you permeate all of your consciousness with God.
You already are God and your consciousness already is God and your awareness already is God and your disconnection already is God and yet doing practices like this,
It's a remembering,
A remembering coming back into form so that you are living,
Walking,
Breathing God and this is not a passive state because when you are in that state,
You are incredibly potent and powerful,
Your actions if they come from there,
They change worlds,
They change lives,
It ripples out,
It changes the collective experience.
Noticing the sun on your face,
Noticing the air current on your skin,
Noticing the thoughts that keep popping into your mind.
Noticing your body,
Noticing your breath,
Noticing any thoughts or feelings or sensations that are coming to you,
Coming back,
Noticing any movement you want to bring back into your body.
Just releasing with a sigh if you want.
Just bringing your awareness back to this call,
Back to the room you're in,
Back to the time of day and back to the room that you're in and the time and the moment now.
Just coming back to the room,
Opening your eyes,
Moving how you want and welcome back.
