Hello and welcome to this tapping meditation to soothe your heart.
I'm so glad you're here.
I know you might be in pain,
Especially if you're experiencing heartbreak,
But please know that you're not alone.
It's okay to feel the pain and the hurt that comes with a breakup or a relationship rejection or abandonment.
And right now,
I'm so excited for you to see how powerful EFT tapping is for intense pain like this.
In this meditation,
You will learn to acknowledge your emotions,
Process all the pain in your body,
Your mind,
Your heart,
And you're going to learn how to gently guide your body towards acceptance and healing.
If you're not familiar with the tapping points,
Feel free to watch my videos on TikTok or YouTube.
My username there is Iamsulkina and I have a lot of tapping videos there if you need a visual example.
But don't worry because in this meditation,
I will mention all the points as we tap so you know exactly when to move to the next point.
Remember that it's really important to be gentle with yourself during this process.
If you feel uncomfortable at any point,
Please pause and drink some water.
Tapping moves so much energy so if it's your first time,
Take it easy,
Take breaks,
Definitely hydrate yourself,
And take some rest as well after the tapping,
Okay?
Don't be afraid to allow yourself to just feel whatever comes up and do that without judgment.
Don't blame yourself for how you're feeling.
Just simply observe what is coming up and get curious about that.
That's what the healing journey is about.
And just before we start,
I'd just like to say that in tapping,
It's important to accept and acknowledge how we are feeling.
So don't be afraid to tap on the so-called negative emotions because they're not negative,
Right?
They're just feedback from your body and they're simply emotions.
They're not bad and the more that you accept them,
The more you release resistance and the faster you heal.
Okay,
That's all I have to say.
Whenever you're ready,
Let's begin tapping gently on the eyebrow point and just repeat after me.
My heart is broken right now.
I feel it physically,
The side of the eye.
This heartbreak is painful but even though my heart is broken,
Under the eye,
I deeply and completely accept myself and how I feel.
It's so hard to cope with this pain.
Under the nose,
I feel overwhelmed by sadness.
This heartbreak is consuming me.
The chin point,
I acknowledge all this intense pain.
It's okay to feel all this pain.
Collarbone,
I honor my feelings.
I accept my heartbreak.
Top of the head and I'm allowing myself to release some of this pain.
Okay,
Amazing.
That was one round of tapping.
Let's just take a pause here.
Take a deep breath in.
Let's take inventory of how we're feeling.
So how do you feel after that one round of tapping?
I know it wasn't that long but tapping moves so much energy that even one round can already shift a lot of the pain and the emotions that you might be feeling at the start.
If it didn't,
Don't worry about it.
You can go back and do the first round again but for right now,
I just want you to close your eyes just for a minute.
Take a deep breath in and I want you to visualize your safe space in nature.
So this can be anywhere by the ocean,
Up in the mountains,
Maybe you're in the countryside,
Anywhere in nature.
I want you to see this image in detail and more than anything,
I want you to feel this image.
What does it feel like to be in your safe space in nature?
Take a look at the colors,
The sounds.
What is the temperature like?
Is it warm?
Is it cold?
All right,
Amazing.
You can open your eyes and let's start tapping.
Let's go to the second round.
Start tapping on your eyebrow point.
It's safe for my body to feel all this pain.
I honor all this sadness.
I honor this heartbreak side of the eye and I'm choosing to let go of this intense heart.
I'm open to healing this heartbreak under the eye.
I'm choosing to be gentle with myself.
Accepting this heartbreak is really hard under the nose,
But it's okay.
I choose to accept what has happened.
The chin point.
I trust my journey and I'm learning to trust myself.
Collarbone.
I'm stronger than I realize.
I trust in my ability to heal.
Top of the head.
It's not going to happen overnight.
But I will get better each day.
Beautiful.
Let's take another deep breath here.
Let's take a little break and I want you to close your eyes and visualize eating your favorite breakfast food in your favorite location in the world.
Maybe you've been to this place or maybe you haven't.
It doesn't matter.
Use your imagination.
What are you eating and where are you?
I want you to really,
Again,
Be as vivid as you can.
What does this food taste like?
Imagine the flavors,
The texture,
And where are you in the world?
Take in the scenery and look at it very clearly in your imagination.
Just imagine how peaceful it feels to be here.
All right,
Whenever you're ready,
We're going to go through our last round of tapping back to the eyebrow point.
I'm so grateful for this healing process.
This heartbreak has taught me so much about myself.
Side of the eye.
So much about other people too.
Thank you to my ex for all the lessons learned.
Under the eye.
I trust that wonderful things are coming.
I'm slowly closing this chapter of my life.
Under the nose.
It's not the end of my story.
Being heartbroken is not my entire identity.
This is not my entire story.
The chin point.
I'm so much more than my relationships.
I'm me.
I'm my own person.
Collarbone.
And I'm so excited to discover myself again.
I'm so ready for this next chapter of my life.

I choose to embrace new beginnings.
I'm healing and getting better each and every day.
