We go together to a place.

Your place.

Any place you want to be right now.

I want you to visualize with your eyes closed the happiest moment of your entire existence.

Where are you in this moment?

What's the weather like where you are?

Is there a breeze?

Is there a lot of noise or a stillness where you are?

Do you feel the sun kissing your skin?

Begin to pay attention to even the smallest details that you can notice.

Any smell or sight that stands out,

Notice it.

Slowly begin to notice how this place is starting to make you feel.

Are you happy?

Excited?

Content?

Focus on this feeling and gently wrap your arms around it like an embrace.

Hug this place.

Hug this feeling.

Hug yourself.

Wrap your arms around your shoulders and give yourself the hug that you need.

The hug that you deserve.

And hold that feeling tight.

Feel its warmth encapsulate you.

Feel its warmth on your cheek.

As if a warm,

Loving hand holds your face and says,

It's all okay.

It's all going to be okay.

Holding on to this good feeling,

Continue breathing deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Slowly open your eyes and allow this feeling to just simply morph into you.

Become you.

This place is you.

You can take this place wherever you go.

So when you find yourself stressed or overwhelmed,

Revisit this meditation and let's take another walk together.

Take a walk together to a place,

To your place,

To the perfect place.

That brings you joy,

Happiness,

The feeling of safety and allows all the stress to dissipate and float away or blow away with the wind.
