This guided meditation is designed to help your body transition out of stress and into a state of deep relaxation. Through slow breathing, progressive body relaxation, and calming affirmations, you will be supported in releasing tension and quieting an overactive mind. Gentle background music is included to enhance the relaxation response and support your nervous system as it settles. As your body softens and your thoughts slow, many listeners experience greater emotional balance, mental clarity, and an overall sense of inner steadiness. This practice is ideal whenever anxiety feels heightened and you need a structured, supportive path back to calm.

Welcome,

This hypnosis recording was created for reducing feelings of anxiety.

Minimize any distractions around you and find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Now find a spot to stare at on the ceiling or wall in front of you and with your eyes open really wide,

Take a nice deep inhale,

Really filling up your lungs and belly and slowly let it go.

Take another nice deep inhale,

Still staring at the spot on the ceiling or wall and slowly let it go.

Take one last deep inhale,

This time on the exhale,

Just allow your eyes to close.

Just notice as your body melts into the chair below you and focus in on the sound of my voice.

Take a moment to thank yourself for taking this time for some self-care,

Good.

Now if you have any distracting thoughts just repeat what I say in your mind to bring you back to the sound of my voice.

Now we are going to start with a full body relaxation,

Focusing in on each part,

Starting at the top,

Allow your forehead to relax,

Your eyes are soft,

Your jaws loose,

Neck muscles are loose and relaxed,

Feel your shoulders drop as you become more and more relaxed.

Send that relaxation down your arms,

Into your hands.

All of the muscles in your back are loose,

Limp and relaxed,

Your stomach muscles are soft,

Feel your hips relaxing now,

Allow your glutes to relax and just send that relaxation down your legs,

Into your thighs,

Into your feet and just enjoy this experience for a moment while I am quiet.

You will access your subconscious mind,

Your subconscious mind is a place of beauty and peace,

A place where you can make your hopes and dreams come to fruition.

I will be counting down from 7 to 1,

Taking you to this calm,

Peaceful place.

As I count down,

You may see yourself walking downstairs to a beautiful beach or some other peaceful image that your mind chooses for you.

On the number 1,

You will find yourself in your place of peace and serenity.

Let's begin.

On the number 7,

You are becoming more relaxed,

Down deeper,

Deeper down to 4,

Drifting down to 1,

Going deeper and deeper down to 2,

Doubling your relaxation.

Go ahead and enter your place of serenity and be deeply relaxed.

Now what you are about to hear is your truth.

Your body and mind are calm and relaxed.

Every day and in every way,

You are becoming better and better.

You remember to breathe.

You carry out all of your tasks throughout the day with a grateful heart.

More and more,

You feel confident and content.

Because you love yourself,

You take time for self-care every day.

When you remind yourself to relax,

Your body and mind listen.

You have faith in your insights and you trust your intuition.

You take care of your body,

Mind and spirit by meditating,

Exercising and eating healthy foods.

Your body and mind are calm and serene.

And so it is.

Now I'm going to count you up.

When I reach the number five,

Your eyes will open and you will feel calm,

Relaxed and ready to enjoy the rest of your day.

One,

You are beginning to come back to your full awareness now.

Two,

Slowly notice movement coming back into your body.

Begin to move your fingers and toes.

Three,

Your entire body is relaxed and limber.

You feel fantastic.

Four,

Begin to find more movement in your body.

And five,

Open your eyes,

Take a nice deep breath and stretch your arms and legs.

Good.

Now take a moment before carrying on with your day.

Right now may be a good time to journal about how you are feeling.

Thank you so much for your time.

Have a calm and peaceful day.
