Hi there,

How are you?

Welcome to our daily meditation.

I was just realizing that I've been doing these daily meditations since March 14th,

So that's six months.

So just curious if you have been here for a bit and just wondering if you have noticed in your own life subtle or not so subtle shifts.

And also just feeling a lot of really positive things that have shifted in my own life and that are shifting with people that I know around me and where I'm living and I'm noticing I'm from the States.

I mean originally I'm half Greek and half German but I was born in America and I've noticed that there are a lot of wonderful things happening.

A lot of positive things are turning and yes there are still a lot of challenges.

And I'm not really imagining that you're going to ignore the drama but just recognize how much the media's love drama.

And it's very interesting to know what's going on maybe just become aware but just notice the shifts in your body when you do watch mainstream media.

How much it incites the fear and the panic and literally I can just read the headlines of the New York Times which is quite balanced compared to something like the other ones.

I don't even want to say their name but when you look around you know people are doing good getting better.

Stores are opening and you can remain in the drama or you can say wow things are actually getting better and yes there are systems that are breaking down but that's really good because they weren't working and just noticing that unless we've done this work internally on our own conditioned beliefs about ourselves and the fear and the anxiety that we have within us and I know so well because I went to the hospital many times for panic attacks in the 90s and the 2000s up until I quit drinking I was going to the hospital for panic,

Alcohol poisoning,

Lots of things until I decided that wait maybe it's inside of myself I need to make the shift.

And wherever there's drama there has been trauma from my understanding and that's okay but we each need to stop being victims and take responsibility for our own reactivity and if your parents and if you have friends you're doing that for you but you're doing it for your kids the way that you educate them to not live in fear to not live in panic because it's just an energy those fear is a it's a consciousness it's almost like a dimension that you can go into the fear consciousness and I've really been able to see the fear or see when you go into the trust and the love and in order to do that we have to accept and forgive parts of ourselves and that's where the work comes in and that's why this path the spiritual path if you want to call it whatever it's called it doesn't make a difference you never have to call it anything you can just call it your life it's that you're taking responsibility for who you are for your pain for your drama for your trauma you're owning it you're working through it and then and then you can release it it's not like you're gonna sit it's not like the old school therapy where you spend 10 years talking about your parents forget that there's no blaming it's just acknowledging and it can be ancestral too it's just acknowledging that as human beings we've we've been living for years and years and years and years of certain belief systems not having the power of giving the power up to our political systems trusting in the healthcare system education system and this is just about taking your power back so we will begin my favorite book opening doors within September 10th when you plant a seed in the ground it may look like another seed brown and dried up with the appearance of no life force in it nevertheless you place it in the ground of confidence and at the right time it starts to grow it knows what is what it is going to grow into you only know what you have placed in the ground by what was written on the packet but you have the confidence that the specific plant will grow from that specific seed and it does when you plant the right ideas and thoughts in your mind you must do it with complete confidence knowing that only the perfect will spring forth from those ideas and thoughts as you trust and confidence become strong and unshakable those constructive thoughts and ideas begin to grow and develop in this way you can accomplish anything it is that inner power within each of us which does that work so close your eyes if you haven't already switching on that light within each of our own beings simply by giving yourself permission to allow the thinking mind to settle down and come into your body just by feeling the weight of your body touching the ground beneath you giving yourself permission to ground so that you can plant your own seeds within your being nourished and nurtured by your own confidence your own trust in this part of yourself this light that you have within your own being and let's begin by finding our breath together is the breath is the perfect point to begin to go inwards take a deep breath in through your nose inhaling all the way up to the top of your spine and take in some more air and exhale out your mouth exhale letting go letting go of tension in your body letting your body just soften exhale all the air out let your body anchor in the ground beneath you and hold the air out notice the stillness within your body and then breathe and again taking in some more air really filling up the four corners of your lungs enjoy your breath and exhale with the sigh exhale all the air out make some sound emptying out your belly really squeezing all the air out of your abdomen feeling that point where your tailbone touches the ground and then breathe and again a nice deep breath lengthen your spine and widen your shoulders taking some more air notice the stillness calming down your mind and exhale exhale emptying out the back of your throat inhaling all the air out exhaling exhaling exhaling pausing at the bottom noticing the stillness in your spine lingering here as much as you can and then when you're ready breathing in and out of your nose kick-starting your practice by aligning to your own breath so noticing the quality how it feels to breathe rough or smooth breath if your breath is deep or shallow just notice it not trying to control your breath acknowledging the ground beneath you by touching it by saying thank you from your own heart just say thanks for being here and supporting me keeping me alive giving me nourishment we suffer when we forget that we have so much to be grateful for so just thank the ground beneath you and then feeling its stillness come up through your spine and calm down your nervous system anchoring you plugging in to the present moment behind you just feeling the presence of your ancestors feeling them or seeing them knowing that they're there whether you believe it or not they're there to support you but you need to ask for their presence to feel them in front of you imagining the next seven generations that we are here as warriors of light or however you see yourself we are each here with the unique gifts to evolve our humanity we may not know exactly what it is quite yet but soon you will know above you above each of us just imagine gathering of beings teachers mentors a caregiver from your past the divine however you see that light beings families of light whatever whatever you would like to imagine that you resonate with just imagining them above you looking down seeing you practice and stillness and how utterly proud they are of you for finding yourself and switching on this light within your being by imagining a crystal core from the top of your head down your spine connecting you to the center of the earth a container from the center of the earth up your tailbone through your brain out the crown of your head extending upwards into infinite space just imagine try to see imagine or feel that you have this crystal core a container of pure white liquid light know that it's there and allow for it to switch on and using your breath as your guide if you notice you go off into thoughts that's fine but this is an invitation to bring yourself back to feeling the crystal core and to staying aligned to each inhalation noticing how your body rises and your lungs fill up with air pausing for a moment before following with your attention your exhale all the way out finding you on each exhalation softening your body letting go of that which no longer serves you into the ground and pausing at the bottom of each exhale lingering in that magical space savoring that magical pause between each of our breaths inviting you on your inhale to squeeze your throat a little bit to make a little bit of sound that you can hear inside pausing at the top and this time exhaling out your mouth exhale really feeling a release of tension of stress anxiousness letting it drain down into the ground and then hold the air out remembering the crystal core and then breathe when you're ready again taking in as much air as possible suspend your breath as long as you're comfortable and then exhaling out your mouth exhale all the air out releasing letting go of the mind letting go of the narratives letting go of any stories really feeling into your body holding the air out lingering in this moment of stillness feeling that inner core of crystal aligning your backbone to infinite space and to the center of the earth seeing your own inner light allowing your whole body to illuminate putting a hand on your heart and another hand over it and just bowing honoring honoring whatever is in prep and inside of you right now all of the parts of you experiencing an area where you might be struggling to accept somewhere where you might be in resistance in your life somewhere where you're judging yourself harshly or not feeling good enough can you feel into your body and drop the story and feel the sensations in your heart of this resistance and turn towards yourself with compassion like you're holding a friend or a young child feeling yourself as a young girl or boy seeing yourself holding yourself holding that part of you that is asking for your attention right now in your life feeling your breath in and out of your heart illuminating all of the corners of your own heart with this divine awareness feeling held and supported by the gathering all around you the ground beneath you above you your support system behind you and in front of you feeling held you are exactly where you need to be right now in your life to learn and your gifts will come through this acknowledgement and transforming these parts of yourself that are asking for healing all in one package it's all there for you so see that light of the crystal core overflowing into your cell system igniting up a small flame in each of your cells saturating each one of your cells lighting up your DNA system flowing through each of your vital organs cleansing ancient blueprints letting go of anything that needs to be purified and going into your skeletal system now cleansing your bones letting go of ancient karma letting go letting go letting go choose one seed that you would like to plant for your day or you can choose for your life put that into your heart so that it can be nourished and nurtured within this beautiful container that you have created for yourself and remembering this is a process you have to show up each day and nourish and nurture your own heart so the seed may grow so to conclude today with these beliefs to your heart as you say them feel them penetrate into your heart I am worthy I am whole I let go of self-limiting beliefs so that I can trust in the wisdom of the uncertainty I am here to love and to be loved I am love so as your body fills up with this deep sense of gratitude wonderful feeling of presence that part of you that is divine is awakening and you can feel it so let yourself enjoy it as you step out into your days and may each thought and action and word come from this state of fullness in the heart and presence thank you thank you very much for showing up and for trusting in yourself and I thank you for this opportunity to be here and I shall see you tomorrow so have a wonderful day thank you so nice to see all my family thank you thanks to each of you so nice we love you I love you guys I love you so much so cozy fuzzy so enjoy this and share it around you with kindness and appreciation for others it's the medicine kindness gentleness just being present with your loved ones your friends just be present listen listen as much as you can not to your thoughts to deeply listen to your hearts thank you
