This is a little guided meditation just for those moments when you just need to take a step back and you may be feeling overwhelmed,

Anxious or you've just got a couple of minutes and you need to find a little calmness and ground yourself.

So just become comfortable whatever position you're in,

Allow your hands to rest wherever they fall naturally and now just notice that you're breathing,

You don't need to do anything with your breath,

Just let the body breathe,

It knows how to breathe,

Just feel the ground beneath you,

Whether it's a chair or your feet on the floor,

Allow gravity to do what it does with the body,

Just allow it to soften and relax,

You don't need to do anything to relax,

Just allow the body to do it and in this moment you are not your thoughts,

You are not the stories or your expectations,

You are simply here,

Alive and whole,

If your mind drifts that's fine,

Just gently bring it back and smile,

Breathing in calm,

Breathing out relax and every single time you become aware just allow your body and your shoulders to relax a little more,

Allow your breath to become what it wants to be and let this moment be enough,

Let yourself be enough,

If you have a thought you don't need to do anything with it and just take this on to the rest of the day,

You have thoughts but you're not those thoughts,

You have feelings but you're not those feelings and whatever comes up you don't always have to do something with it,

Sometimes you can just breathe in calm,

Breathe out relax and just thank your body for this moment,

Now just gently open your eyes if you close them,

Move your shoulders a bit and stretch your arms,

Feel the room around you and come back into your breath and carry this calm moment forward with you,

Thank you,

I appreciate you taking this time out,

I'm Stephen and I really appreciate your support.
