Welcome to your daily guided meditation.

Today's meditation will focus on relaxation.

Start in a comfortable seated position in a quiet space.

Start by taking two deep,

Cleansing breaths.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Simply observe your breath as it flows in and as it flows out.

When your mind is forced or controlled,

Just observe.

Whenever your thoughts or your mind begin to wander off,

Just come back to observing your breath.

As we focus on observing our breath,

We begin to feel any tension we have falling,

Knowing you're in a safe place and you are allowing yourself to have this moment.

You can feel your shoulders begin to drop.

Feel the tension in your jaw release.

Allow the music to move you into complete relaxation.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes to the room.

Come back into your body.

Take all the time you need.
