Good morning.
This is Tamara with MindBodyNow,
Here to help you ease into your day with the perfect mindset.
This exercise is inspired by Bob Proctor,
Author of Change Your Paradigm,
Change Your Life.
So go ahead and find yourself in a place where you won't be disturbed for a few minutes.
You can choose to do this exercise with pen and paper or just mentally.
The exercise has three parts.
In part one,
It's gratitudes.
Part two is love.
And part three is meditation to receive guidance.
So let's begin.
Close your eyes or keep them open so that you're aware of what you're grateful for in this moment.
Who,
What you're grateful for.
Ten things or people,
Places,
Pets,
Emotions.
It doesn't matter if they're big things or small,
Just as long as you're on the vibration of gratitude.
Great.
So now I'd like you to identify three people who are causing you stress.
These three people will now receive from you love.
Send them love.
This has the ability to neutralize some of the stress in the interactions because you're changing the frequency to love.
And if you don't have three people who are causing you problems,
Then it is okay to just send that love out in general to three people who are struggling or could maybe use it.
Okay.
So finally,
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Breathe gently in through the nose and out through the nose.
And listen.
Notice any images.
What can you hear in your mind?
If it starts to sound like a phrase,
Let that be your mantra and begin to repeat it.
If it comes in the form of images,
Especially if they're the type that are projecting maybe a positive visualization for you,
Then explore that further.
Continue to listen.
Perfect.
Okay,
So that is the mindset exercise for the morning.
I hope you have a wonderful day and do come back in every morning and listen to this.
You'll be surprised at how some of your selections will change from each day,
But the result is quite similar and it puts you in a positive frame of mind to be successful in your day.
So have a beautiful morning.
