Lean back or lie back according to the space where you are right now,
And to take a deep,
Soft breath through your nose.
When you inhale,
Allow that breath to spread itself through your body.
And when you exhale,
Allow yourself to release that breath completely,
Also through the nose.
Just bringing your full attention to your deep and soft inhale,
Expanding throughout the body,
And to your complete exhale,
Allowing the breath to widen with each cycle,
With no effort,
Just opening,
Receiving,
Being so absolutely present to your breath that your thoughts can roam around free on the surface of you,
Without any interaction from you,
As if you were gradually,
Gradually immersing yourself into a very warm lake,
Where your body feels completely at ease and supported.
Inhaling deep down into your belly,
And also exhaling from the belly,
Allowing it to relax.
As the breath cascades into your body when you inhale,
More and more space is opened up for you to remain here,
Now,
In your body,
In your breath,
Changing the quality of your exhale,
Feeling the air,
The space around you,
With the same openness,
Same warmth from your presence.
I invite you to firmly focus on staying in your core,
Deep down below your belly button,
Your gravity center,
Inhaling towards your core,
Staying there,
And then also exhaling from that space,
And now the thoughts are really floating very far up there,
While you are very,
Very firmly down here,
In your core,
Getting comfortable within yourself,
Always inhaling deeply and softly,
And exhaling completely,
Always through the nose,
Really settling in.
This space in your core is your safe space,
The place where you connect to your wholeness.
Allow yourself to truly let go of all other people,
Places,
And situations,
To be able to settle in,
In your own home,
Within you,
In this body,
The vessel of the human and of the divine,
For there are no two parts,
Though they seem to be,
As you allow yourself to settle comfortably at home,
Warm and safe.
Just be with this,
With this settling in,
With this being present in your body,
Breathing,
Safe.
As you stay,
And the silence expands,
May the whole body receive it as well,
Like a balm of serene silence in all of your cells,
So that you yourself become the lake,
The warm lake,
Where you rest from the trials and tribulations of humanness,
And receive more of you.
May the profound silence that emanates from your core,
From the depths of each breath,
From your very presence,
Be allowed to fulfill you,
Allow yourself to feel that,
That fulfillment in each cell.
Allow yourself to be at ease with the comfort of home within you,
With no need to understand it,
Just simply allowing it,
Allow whatever healing the body might need,
And above all,
Allow yourself the loving space of being held within you,
In your core,
In the circle of each breath,
Nothing to fix,
To resolve,
To figure out,
Just you allowing you to be here now,
The loving space of home,
Where your soul holds you.
The breath just continues its natural cycle,
Deep and warm,
Inhaling through the nose,
Down into your belly,
Exhaling through the nose.
What would you like to provide yourself with for today?
As you breathe and stay,
Allow yourself to feel,
To feel your choice for you.
And now I invite you to breathe even deeper a few times,
Feeling the life force flowing through your body,
Feeling your body more tangible,
More solid,
Gently wiggling your toes,
Feeling your fingers,
Gently getting ready to open your eyes in your own time,
Remaining completely home in you,
In your breath.
And I thank you for your presence,
For your allowing.
May your day remain blessed and each breath precious.
