Okay so when I'm looking at the whole spread and the cards in general,
I have the feeling that you need to breathe and let go of something and build a life of meaning because I have the feeling that in the next upcoming months you are not supposed to do more but more like slow down and breathe deeper and release also maybe something that are controlling you so you can achieve actually this balance life and also choose the things that are more aligned with your soul but I would like to talk about each card separately to give you more specific messages.
So the first card is Ujjayi Pranayama,
So Victoria's Breath and it's basically like it can like calm your nervous system or how to say like it can very calm down you and also it can awaken your inner fire which is called Agni and it can also build a presence and in presence in yogic it's called Pratyahara which is like a sense of withdrawal from the senses and look more inwards like inner awareness but I definitely think it's not only about like the technique itself but you can also look up this Pranayama Victoria's Breath but it's more about like you need to learn how to breathe through life and I don't know also if the things are uncertain you know just breathe through them it can be um changes money relationships or also maybe you have some resistant patterns and I mean resistant patterns like your ego or um what else can be like a resistant pattern um maybe some kind of identities identities you're like holding in so or also if you don't feel comfortable like discomfort just breathe through it and not to escape it um so definitely you don't need to react on everything and you can respond with the presence so maybe I don't know just calm yourself down if you are about to say something out of the anger or if you're overwhelmed by the emotions or the choice just try to also um like work through it and also if you are feeling a little bit disconnected but maybe to give you some kind of like practice like every time when you want to I don't know scroll or shut down or something just inhale and exhale and let yourself kind of um be more more gentle with yourself um and another thing maybe you can also try this breathing technique like I also told before then we have the Raga and Vesha and it's basically talking that um the Raja is attachment like clinging into some pleasure things and Vesha is like aversion like um basically that you are rejecting the things you don't like so when I'm looking at the card and the whole spread I defend that you know these are constantly running in your life but you need to be conscious so maybe you can ask yourself right now or you can grab your journal and journal like um what do you what are you addicted into like attention are you addicted to routine or validation or comfort or then you can also be like what you are avoiding are you avoiding conflict or change or rejection or something because it can also the Raja I'm not sure if you pronounce it Raja but this attachment can be basically something like that you are staying in a toxic relationship because you are afraid of being alone or it can also be that you need people to approve your choices or maybe you are feeling very excited and you are running from being bored or something and Vesha can basically look like that you are avoiding the responsibility or emotional depth or something that you are rejecting your body or your past or your shadow or you are maybe also you hate what you maybe what you don't understand so it can also be in this um in this kind of way so maybe um you can practice that you need to stay and observe and breathe and don't follow basically every single desire so it can also be something like that and then Arthra is basically like a balanced life so it's not like that you need to like money or career or something but it's more like you need to build the balanced life that is going to support your dharma okay dharma means purpose and stability and integrity so maybe you need to ask yourself if you're like creating the foundation they're also going to honor your spirit and your body and your mind or if you're using the energy wisely okay it can also be something like that and it's more likely to be that you are asked to stop apologizing for wanting maybe stability and a balanced life or maybe you need to create some income streams streams of the income that are more likely rooted in your purpose or in your talents or maybe you are being asked to organize something in your home in your finances but it's not like like a greed or something but it's more likely that you will for example create a business that is going to also heal other people or you will move to a place that is going to bring you more peace and then you can be more peaceful human being or it can also be that you need to invest in the skills or tools or train what is basically making you feel more alive because also that money is energy and everything is energy boundaries are energy structure so basically to give you more messages you need to kind of take a breath and a pause before you're going to react on some situations and also see your attachments so you can respond with the truth but not with the fear and the Arda build a sacred and balanced life so basically invest to your mission and live more fully but to give you more like life examples it can mean that you will detach from the things that you were thinking you cannot detach yourself from in the next couple of months it can be toxic relationship fake friendships old labels old identities or you will breathe through some pain i mean that you will start completely new journey or you will heal your body or you will speak up your truth and also you will build maybe more grounded and balanced life it is that you will establish new spiritual routine or you will change your job that is going to be more aligned with who you are and definitely you don't need to choose between like spiritual and material you can balance it together so definitely you need to stop running and stop clinging to things and create more balanced life for you with every single breath with
