Hello and welcome to another guided breathwork session.

Today we will use two breathing techniques for three rounds with breath holds in between.

This will help to clear your mind and release good endorphins into your body to leave you feeling amazing after the session.

The first technique is a three part activating breath,

All done through pursed lips.

One breath into the belly,

A second breath into the heart space and a relaxed breath out.

The second technique is known as bumblebee breath or brahmari breathing.

We inhale through the nose and hum on the exhale with our mouth closed like this.

Sitting up tall,

Elongating your spine.

Hands relaxed,

Gently close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in through your nose,

Exhale release.

Hold your breath for just a few moments.

Let's begin our activating breath together in 3,

In,

In and out.

Noticing how your body feels in this moment.

Release your breath.

Take one powerful inhale,

Hold here for just a few seconds.

Squeezing your whole body,

Tucking your chin.

Hold here,

Getting ready for round number 2.

Shaking out the body,

Adding in any movement.

30 seconds remaining.

Your body is strong.

Moving on to our bumblebee breathing.

Hum on the exhale.

Take one last deep intentional inhale.

Filling your belly,

Your ribs,

Your chest.

Returning to your natural rhythm of breathing.

Bringing a smile to your face in this moment.

Thank you for breathing with us today.

Remember to breathe deeply and live fully.

See you next time.
