Start to settle into a comfortable position allowing yourself to relax.

You may lay on your back with a pillow under your knees and maybe you want to add a folded blanket under your head or you may just sit comfortably.

Add any additional supports you may feel called to use.

If you have any rose quartz crystals,

Surround yourself with them or hold them in your palms.

Maybe light a few candles and invite your body to release any unnecessary tension.

Close your eyes to allow yourself to turn inward or you might want to keep a soft gaze.

Listen to your natural breathing pattern for a few cycles.

Notice your breath without trying to change it.

And notice if your body is feeling tense or relaxed without trying to change that either.

Begin breathing slowly through your nose and out through your mouth.

We will continue to take deep full breaths for a few rounds.

As you breathe become aware of your body and mind.

Where are you holding tension?

How do you feel emotionally?

Are you feeling closed off and starting to shut down?

Where is your mind?

Is it wandering or following your breath?

Is your mind at ease or filled with swirling thoughts of restlessness,

Negativity and self-doubt?

Feel the soft songs of your breathing as you breathe in your nose and out your mouth.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest on each inhale and exhale.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Feeling your chest rise and fall.

Notice how your body is feeling relaxed and relaxed.

Place your hands over your heart and continue to inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

How does it feel to place your hands over your precious heart?

This is an area where you experience love for yourself and others.

Allow your breathing to become smooth and effortless.

Continue a natural pattern of breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Feel air flowing and moving into your lungs and then back out into the beautiful world.

As you release the air back into the world,

Imagine you are removing any negative thoughts that might still be lingering in your mind.

Let them go.

Notice any tension your body might still be holding onto and release it on your next exhale.

Notice your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your arms,

Your chest,

Your legs,

Your hands,

And your feet.

Feel a little bit deeper into comfort.

Allow yourself to go deeper into relaxation as you settle further into your own feelings promoting self-love.

Continue focusing on your breath.

On your next inhale,

Think,

I am worthy.

On the next exhale,

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

Allow the inhales to draw in love and abundance and the exhales to release what is no longer serving you.

Take a minute to breathe and recite the mantra,

I am worthy.

I am enough internally.

Notice how you feel as you say these words to yourself.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

If your mind wanders at any point,

It is okay.

Your mind is meant to wander,

So embrace it.

Then,

Simply bring your attention back to your breath.

Notice any thoughts come and go as they pass through your head.

These thoughts might be positive or negative,

But simply allow them to pass on by like clouds floating in the sky.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

Watch the clouds filled with your thoughts float away.

As they float away,

You see new empty clouds slowly rolling in.

You start to feel little droplets of rain hit your beautiful skin.

These raindrops feel just a little chilly,

But it is very refreshing.

You allow your head to fall back and stretch your arms out to the side.

You sink into these feelings and open yourself to receive the rain.

The rain is cleansing your body and allowing anything that no longer serves you to wash off.

As you feel the raindrops on your body,

You continue to breathe into our mantra of,

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

Let yourself receive any words or messages from the universe.

Allow these messages to shower you with love just like the raindrops.

The rain starts to clear and you are left standing on a patch of soft green grass surrounded by wildflowers.

You are alone.

You are safe.

You can smell the scent of all the wildflowers all around you.

The clouds begin to part and the bright sun is warming your body.

You continue to stand here in your safe space.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

Feel the brisk air dance over your skin.

Take a deep breath in,

Allowing the fresh air to fill your chest and expand your belly.

Exhale,

Letting yourself go a little bit deeper into a state of relaxation.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

You walk through the field,

Making your way to a gorgeous lake.

You can see your beautiful reflection and begin to look deeper into your own eyes.

Who do you see?

What do you see?

Pain and sadness?

Love and joy?

Your reflection looks back at you and says,

I love you.

You are beautiful and you are worthy of happiness.

The beautiful soul that is looking back at you lifts up its hands.

You see unconditional love pouring out of their hands and straight into your heart.

Feel this warm pink energy pass through you.

Allow this energy to permeate you from your heart center and fill the rest of your body.

A sense of comfort and calm travel up through your chest and swirl into your neck and head,

Out into your shoulders,

Swirling down your arms and hands,

And then continuing down into your ribs,

Belly,

Pelvis,

Legs,

And feet.

The sensation of warmth fills you from head to toe.

Breathe here and know that love is always available for you when you need it.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I love myself.

I am extraordinary.

I love my body.

I love my laugh.

And I love my tears.

I love my ambition and my desire for ease.

I love my ideas and my kind heart.

I love my mistakes and all of my dark parts.

I love everything about myself.

I am continually evolving,

Shedding old habits,

Attitudes,

And characteristics that no longer serve me.

I am always a work in progress,

A beautiful work in progress.

I love myself just the way I am.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

Here you are,

Beautiful,

Beautifully imperfect.

You can still feel the remnants of raindrops that covered you in love from yourself.

You are worthy of every word we said,

Every drop you felt.

You can still feel the warmth from the sun radiating light and gratitude onto and into your body.

You are worthy.

You are enough.

Just the way you are.

Take a minute to appreciate yourself and tell yourself anything else you need to hear.

You are worthy.

You are enough.

When you are ready,

Take a few more deep,

Mindful breaths.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

Slowly begin to allow your eyes to flicker open.

Sit for a few moments to acknowledge your unique experience.

Remember the feelings that arose when you created this loving space for yourself.

This is a beautiful opportunity to learn something new about yourself and tune into your physical,

Emotional,

And emotional needs.

Let self-love enable you to build a stronger relationship with yourself.

Jen, this meditation was so perfect...the mantra, "I am worthy, I am enough" truly resonated with me! I have always struggled with worthiness so this mantra will be a great tool! The greatest love of all is self love! Thank you, will revisit often!
