This is a journey through 20 days of meditating to help you unlock your souls desires while moving through limiting beliefs and cultivating a regulated nervous system. Each day we will get a better understanding of what we desire, authentically and what is holding us back from getting this in the year ahead. Set up your space and let's begin!

Hello and welcome back to the 20 day meditation challenge.

Today we are on day 12,

And on day 12 we're going to start to cultivate how we want to feel in this year ahead.

So when you're ready,

Go ahead and set up your space,

Pause the recording if you need to do so,

And let's begin.

So starting seated or lying down with your eyes open,

And just taking in the room that you are in.

Looking above you,

Below you,

Looking to the left and to the right,

Looking in front of you,

And then closing down your physical eyes,

And beginning to bring awareness to your breath,

Taking a full belly inhale,

Audible exhale,

And again breathing in,

Audible exhale,

And one more time on your own.

And then I want you to think of a time when you felt really secure,

Any time in your life when you felt really secure.

What were you doing?

Who was there?

What was happening?

And then thinking of a time when you felt really creative and inspired.

Who was there?

What were you doing?

What was happening around you?

And then thinking of a time when you felt completely free,

What were you doing?

Who was there?

And what was going on around you?

And then thinking of a time when you felt immense joy and happiness.

What were you doing?

Who was there?

And what was going on around you?

And then thinking of a time when you felt unconditional love.

What were you doing?

Who was there?

And what was going on around you?

Thinking of these moments when these different emotions felt most prominent in your life.

How often do you feel these emotions in your present world?

How often do you feel secure,

Inspired,

Happiness,

And love?

And reflecting over the last year or two,

What other emotions,

Feelings,

Come to mind?

What emotions were most present for you over the last couple years?

And now thinking,

What of these emotions do you want to bring more of into the year ahead?

How do you want to feel in the year ahead?

Perhaps you want to feel more acceptance,

More creativity,

More freedom,

More security,

More joy,

Love.

Maybe you want to feel more inspired.

Perhaps you want to feel more clarity.

Just letting whatever comes up be the answer for you.

How do I want to feel in the year ahead?

Take your time.

And then asking your soul,

Your higher self,

Your spirit,

How can I bring more of these feelings into my life?

What do I need to do?

And allow the answer to come.

And if nothing came,

That's okay.

But just trusting what's come up.

And then reflecting back to your inner child,

Whatever age comes to mind.

And asking them what they want you to bring into this year.

And allow them to answer.

And taking these answers,

And tucking them into your heart space.

Noticing what you can do this year to bring in the feelings you desire,

Your soul desires.

And what you can do this year to support your inner child.

Taking an opportunity to write these down in your journal.

Returning back to the physical body.

And I'll see you tomorrow.
