Hello,

Everybody,

And welcome back to the 20 Day Meditation Challenge.

So today we are on day 15.

And before we begin,

Feel free to pause the recording.

I want you to review the list you wrote down on day 13.

So take a moment now to go ahead and review your list.

And when you're ready to,

Set up your space,

Closing the door to the room that you're in,

Placing in some headphones,

And let's begin.

So closing down your physical eyes,

If you haven't done so already,

And taking a moment to scan the body,

Just seeing if we can soften and release a little bit more.

If you're coming across any areas of tension,

Just direct the inhale to those spaces.

See the breath flooding that area as you breathe in,

And see the exhale drawing out the tightness,

The tension,

And the stress.

And then bringing your awareness to the inhale,

Feeling the expanse as you breathe in,

And follow the exhale.

See where you can soften and let go as you breathe out.

And then bringing the list you wrote down on day 13 into your mind's eye,

Seeing the items on your list,

And feel into how your body is feeling about you receiving these items on your list.

Perhaps some feel attainable and easy to receive.

Perhaps some feel a little further away.

Maybe some feel unattainable and impossible to receive.

So just going through your list,

And paying attention to any items that feel impossible or unattainable,

And if there is none,

Feel into the body how you feel about receiving your list,

And name that feeling.

If you came across items on your list that feel unattainable,

Find in your body what emotion is associated with that being unattainable.

Perhaps fear,

Resentment,

Anger,

Disbelief,

And see where you feel that emotion in your body.

Again,

If you did not have any items that felt unattainable,

Allow yourself to feel the joy and excitement and ambition about receiving the items on your list.

Breathe those positive emotions into your body,

And exhale them out into the universe.

For those who found items that are unattainable,

Follow the feeling and the emotion that you named to a memory when you first felt this way about receiving the items you desire.

Follow the emotion to a memory where you first believed things you desired were unattainable for you.

And when you find that memory,

See this version of yourself.

Walk over to them,

And take their hands in yours.

Ask them to tell you how they are feeling about the situation going on around them.

You take a moment to validate their feelings and their concerns.

You acknowledge their emotions.

And then take a moment to comfort this version of yourself.

Ask them what they need from you in this moment to feel loved,

Seen,

And heard.

And then tell this version of yourself a positive statement that parallels the negative sensations and beliefs that they are feeling.

Repeat this statement to them over and over until you see them start to believe it.

And then ask this version of yourself if they would like to stay where they are in this memory,

Or if they would like to be tucked into your heart space and brought with you into the now.

Grant them their desires.

And then bring your awareness back to your breathing and coming up when you're ready.
