Take a moment to just breathe.
As we breathe,
Settle into ourselves.
Every day there's a different scenario to deal with.
Every day there's a different combination of elements within us and around us.
Life is a constant process of adjusting to changes.
And yet your body is a master at adjusting constantly.
So as you notice the breath,
Know that your breath is,
Moment by moment,
Adjusting with the intent of maintaining balance,
Harmony,
Flow,
Equilibrium.
Meaning there's a wisdom,
An innate wisdom within you that knows intuitively how to bring back equilibrium.
So as you soften into your body,
You're allowing for this natural process to happen.
You see,
You're not only finding equilibrium within you,
You're actually finding balance,
Harmony,
Equilibrium with everything around you and beyond.
We are a tapestry of life.
We're in a constant web of life adjusting to the flow of this web.
So as you settle your senses within,
Also settle your senses without.
Let yourself experience the whole field of awareness,
Not only your body,
But the whole world around you.
The immediate world of your room,
But also the world at large.
And as you do so,
Do it with loving,
Compassionate intent.
The goal of the practice is connection,
The recognition of underlying connection between all of it.
So as you exhale,
Soften your body as a way of softening the boundaries.
As you feel the body,
Have the intention to release the tightness,
The gripping,
The attachment.
When we let go of the grip,
When we detach,
When we allow the present moment to be just the way it is,
We allow for harmony to be reestablished.
But as you feel the body,
Notice the areas that feel tight and bring loving awareness there,
As you bring love and awareness.
Become curious on the experience.
When we meditate,
We investigate our experience.
And by doing so,
We make ourselves available to the inner guidance,
The flow of the energy,
The intent of the higher wisdom within us.
You see,
The sensations that you feel,
The movement of energy,
Is not haphazard.
It is intelligent and divine in nature.
You are tuning into the divine will as you feel the sensations inside,
The movement,
The subtle contraction,
The release.
You let go of the mind,
You let go of desires,
You let go of agenda,
And you feel the flow of life force within you and all around you.
You hold intention and make myself available for the flow,
For the flow of life.
I release control and I trust the process.
I make myself available for the flow of life.
I release control and I trust the process.
I allow for the movement of the energy within and around.
In a way,
It's a dance with the divine.
I soften,
I tune in,
And I feel the pulsation of the present moment within me.
If you feel your body,
Ask yourself,
What wants to release?
What wants to move?
What wants to flow?
Imagine that area in your body releasing,
Letting go,
Flowing.
Imagine you softening even more and allowing for the spontaneous movement within.
I trust,
I release control,
I flow.
I allow,
And I feel what happens when I do that.
