There is so much transformation taking place during this period of peace afforded by the coronavirus crisis sweeping the world at this time. Tony Samara reminds us of the value of this historical moment, so that we can create the space to, firstly, feel safe, and secondly, with a meditation containing two 4-minute spaces of stillness, to receive the breath of life that allows us to explore the process taking place, be deeply healed, and realise that everything is flowing in a nurturing way.

You you you Taking a few moments to just make sure you're ready for these next 15-20 minutes to just be present.

As you come back to the stillness centering down and just connecting to the energy,

Be aware that at this moment there is so much transformation and very often transformation creates this need to be alone or to create certain boundaries so that the transformation,

The cocoon process of the transformation happens without the normal disturbances that we are faced with in everyday life.

And so meditation in this respect is very useful during this period.

It's important to not just figure out who you are and what you're doing and what you want to become and the whole transformational process and movement,

But also to give yourself the space to allow for these questions as perhaps a thought process or an emotional process to come up and to be safe so that you're able to look at these things and connect to these things that are part of the process that reveals itself in many dimensions,

Just being present enough to allow for everything to flow.

This sometimes creates the need to be alone or in a space where stillness is very much part of the nurturing.

Remember that if you are surrounded by noise or distractions,

The usual distractions or even the ones that are very subtle,

That they're not only distracting but they're amplified by the process.

So it's important that you take time to just go within and to allow for these deeper questions to connect to your heart and to find out through intuition,

Through your own inner wisdom,

What is really going on.

It's an exploration and the exploration creates clarity and meditation removes the confusing aspect of the process,

Allows you to let go of the confusion and to come back to our clarity even if there is a lot of transformation happening.

So to be clear is very much part of meditation as well as to create a structure or a space where stillness and a sense of nurture happens.

Remind yourself that in meditation as you do this,

As you create this wonderful structure where you nurture your whole being,

That at some point you will move to a higher dimension,

You'll elevate beyond the darkness that you may be feeling or the confusion or the stress that you may be feeling and you will manifest your intuitive knowledge in a very beautiful way,

A very luminous way.

It's almost as if the light begins to shine and as it shines through you,

Deep within your thoughts and deep within your feelings,

You reconfigure the whole structure of the process that you're going through.

And intuition,

Which is the light deep within,

Helps you to come back to this clarity and helps to transform confusion to just profound change,

Meaningful change.

And that is such a great gift.

And we begin to appreciate the wonderful wisdom within transformation because we recognize this gift as a true gift.

And as we open up and embrace the gift of consciousness,

The gift of light luminosity within our transformation,

Then the journey continues,

Helps you to elevate,

Continues on a very deep and profound level.

And we just learn,

We become curious and we learn to face transformation from an elevated state of consciousness.

This is what we're doing during this meditation.

We're just connecting to the transformation and the gift within the transformation.

As you breathe in deep into your abdomen,

Open up and be very receptive as you breathe in,

You're breathing in the cosmos,

Cosmos is breathing in through you.

Be very receptive.

There is a gift that you're embracing,

That you're receiving.

Even if your mind cannot comprehend this,

Sense this from deep within.

Breathe in,

Open up and receive the breath of life.

Full breath,

Open up and breathe in fully.

And then as you breathe out,

Let go,

Let go of tension,

Let go of stress,

Let go of thoughts,

Let go of feelings.

Breathe out,

Extend the out breath,

Let go,

Let go and relax into stillness.

And then breathe in again,

Open and receptive.

The cosmos breathing through you,

The cosmos infinite,

Your breath expansive as you breathe into your body,

Your body expands into the infinity like the cosmos.

There is no beginning and no end,

The breath is full of life.

It's the manifestation of life that you're breathing into your body.

And as you breathe out,

Extend the out breath,

Breathe out through the abdomen,

Through the chest,

Let go,

Breathe out like a sigh,

Breathing out and you may wish to repeat the sacred sound of Shem,

The Aramaic word for energy as you breathe out energy,

Shem.

And know that you're breathing out and as you breathe out the energy of life within,

The seed deep within is nurtured by the fact that you're letting go of the heaviness,

You're letting go of the stress,

You're letting go of the worry,

The confusion,

Letting go.

As you breathe in,

Inviting life itself to be the celebration,

The life celebration that happens within every cell of your body,

Within every aspect of your being,

The breath of life celebrating itself,

The cosmos,

Creating the vibration of energy deep within every planet,

Every star.

Every aspect of the universe manifesting life expansive,

Open,

Receptive and as you breathe out,

Letting go,

Letting go.

Letting go is sacred.

So you're repeating the sound Shem from a very sacred perspective of connection rather than just focusing on the sound you sense and you perceive and you connect and you feel and you just so very present to the vibration as you breathe out,

Letting go,

Letting go,

Extending the out breath.

And continue breathing in and breathing out in this focused,

Beautiful way.

There are so many gifts that are coming your way.

Deep breath.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Deep breath.

Breathing in deeply into the abdomen,

Deep belly breath,

Filling the body with breath.

And as you breathe out,

Extending the out breath,

Gently breathing out and letting go.

Every out breath letting go a little bit more and relaxing into the stillness.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Deep breath.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Just spend a few moments creating clear intention for today.

Know that everything moves,

Everything transforms.

Life that we experience in this moment is made up of different cycles,

Different outcomes that are part of the transformation that is happening on so many levels.

We can focus on so many different things.

Today,

Just focus on the transformation.

Know that everything is in movement.

Everything is moving through these wonderful cycles,

Circles that create life itself.

The circle of life is within the flow,

Within the transformation.

So,

If there is something that challenges you or something that is difficult for you,

That brings up your fears or brings up your negativity and creates a sort of confrontation,

A life lesson,

Then know that this is the transformation.

This is the cycle.

Step back,

Create perspective and receive the gift of wisdom from within the transformation rather than looking for an external reason to suffer or to fight the experience or to negate the experience.

Just observe it from an attitude of understanding,

All is in transformation.

As you do this,

Everything flows.

The cycle of transformation deepens and the gifts that you receive become very obvious.

The wisdom,

The clarity,

The focus,

The sense of sacredness as the circle of life continues to share its gifts with you.

Deep breath.

Just spending a moment in stillness,

Integrating your intention in any way that feels good for you.

Sense it as a thought,

Imagine it as an experience,

Feel the intention,

Write down the intention,

Be aware,

Receptive and continue to enjoy the rest of your day.
