You you you Today is a wonderful day to celebrate positivity and to embrace positivity in everyday spiritual meditational practice.
It's important to remember the way that you feel truly influences the way that you focus your energy.
And even if you're challenged by negative feelings or by difficult situations that bring you down or create a stress or a tension in your body,
It's important to know that you have a choice to come back to this heartfelt space of,
I am positive.
I am here in this moment and I'm positive about being alive.
I'm positive about embracing the energy of aliveness in what I do.
Even if you don't feel this deep inside on an emotional level,
You can visualize the positivity or feeling and somehow deep deep inside we recognize,
We consciousness awareness,
Recognize this moment of connection through the positive flow that we are remembering or visualizing or embracing within.
So it's not about pretense or about trying to change our connection to the way that we're feeling.
It's about reminding ourselves that we have deeper and more profound connections than the mind sometimes realizes.
So besides visualizing or imagining the positive,
It's important to let go of that which is heavy,
That which weighs you down,
The stress,
The tension.
Scientists call this the excess cortisol or if there is adrenaline in your body and you just feel that you can't really manage anything.
It's all too much.
It's important to cleanse the body or to come back to this state of equilibrium.
In meditation we can cleanse the body on so many different levels besides sitting in stillness.
The clarity that the cells within your body recognize as you sit in stillness is this clarity of choice.
So the expression within the DNA structure of your cells,
The way that your cells express themselves,
Epigenetics,
That changes as you connect and communicate to the sense of letting go of the heaviness or the walls that are in front of you or the tensions that are holding you back.
We can do this on so many different levels.
You can imagine now if you feel comfortable that you're just cleansing the energy around your body.
Sometimes this means being aware of the tension in your body.
Is your body tense?
Around the shoulders,
Around the neck,
Around the hips.
Even if your mind says no,
I'm okay,
Just check,
Take a moment to check the experience of connecting to your body is very profound and as you take this minute to check and sense,
Oh I can let go of tension.
I can cleanse and feel free of the tension in my body.
Very often we are tense without knowing that we're tense.
We breathe or hold our bodies in a certain way that reflects that we are tense.
So really relax the body,
Which is the beautiful temple.
Cleanse,
Clear all the energies that are holding you back within the body.
You can just imagine yourself maybe with the palms of your hands cleansing around your body,
Bringing your hands if you wish to move your hands around the body,
Around the shoulders,
Around the heart,
Around the chest,
Around the solar plexus area,
Around all parts of your body that you may intuit as being caught in a stressful type expression.
Take a few moments to do this.
Cleanse the body to visualize,
Imagine and move your hands around the different parts of your body that may be tense and just cleanse,
Let go.
And affirm as you cleanse in this way,
Affirm that you are letting go.
Affirm that as you let go everything falls back into a state of equilibrium.
Everything is as it needs to be because you are deep inside in essence light and love.
And know this,
Connect to the depth of your being,
To the very core of your being that knows that you are light,
That you are love.
Beyond the mind script,
Beyond the information,
Mental information that the mind is attached to,
Go deeper,
Deeper.
Breathe into the abdomen,
Deep full breath.
Breathe out,
Relax,
Let go.
Move deeper into stillness.
As you come home to this very beautiful part of your being,
Your essence,
Light and love,
Know that you're cleansing the space to allow for the light and love to express beauty,
To express gratitude,
To express celebration,
To express healing,
To express well-being.
This is what you're doing as you let go,
You're elevating into a spacious,
Beautiful experience that allows you to recognize that everything is perfect and as it should be.
You are the light,
You are the love.
And as you recognize that there is harmony in the movement that is communication,
The communication of love,
The communication of light,
There is a wisdom that guides you deeper as you cleanse and let go,
Deeper into stillness.
Where the heart feels full of gratitude,
Where the heart feels full of just this sense of well-being,
Fullness,
That allows you to just come back to this gratitude.
You may even repeat the beautiful word,
Ami'en,
Which means thank you,
Or you may wish to repeat thank you in your language.
So thank you in the way that helps you to just sense this gratitude within you.
You're connecting to a depth,
Your soul,
Where love and light expands into the spaciousness of your experience and your experience moves beyond just the attachment that the mind has because it is so caught up in itself.
As you let go the mental projections,
You move deeper into your meditation,
Move deeper into your spiritual practice,
You move deeper and connect to that which is so very creative.
It allows for you to listen and to be present to the depth of your being,
Your soul,
Your essence.
Deep breath as you breathe into the abdomen.
Relax the shoulders,
Relax your posture open and receptive.
Breathe in.
As you breathe out,
Relax the out-breath.
Extend the out-breath.
Make sure you're breathing in through your nostrils.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
Make sure the tip of your tongue is resting on the roof of your mouth in the same way as if you create the sound na so that tip of your tongue is the na part of your upper part of your mouth.
As the tongue rests on the upper part of the mouth,
Then just notice that the energy inside of you moves and is circulating in a way that just helps you to relax and ground into the state of well-being where stillness comes naturally to you.
Deep breath,
Deep breath,
Relaxing into stillness.
You are now.
Deep breath,
Embracing the joy of just being so very relaxed,
So very present,
Even if there are thoughts there in the background and if the mind is active,
Just being so very present to this deep sensation within.
It's almost as if you let go of the external and just move deeper and deeper into the stillness with your breath as you relax your body,
As you relax your mind,
As you relax your emotions.
Deep stillness.
So,
You you you you you Notice as you still the body that your body expands into the space.
The energy of your material,
Your physical body expands into the space.
It's almost as if you let go of this limitation,
The physical body,
Constricted or tense.
You relax and your relaxation elevates you into the space.
This is the space of freedom,
Choice,
Creativity.
The same with your mind,
As you relax the mind.
It's not that you stop thinking or your thoughts change.
It's just that you elevate beyond your thoughts and there is a perspective.
There is a connection to universal intelligence that allows you to free yourself from the old mundane repetitive type of thoughts and open yourself to the creative,
To the flow that is life.
The same with your emotions,
Your emotional body.
Releasing,
Letting go of the old.
Embracing the sense of vibrancy and well-being.
It allows you to feel again,
To feel alive,
To feel connected.
Deep breath.
As you allow this flow back into your body,
Back into your mind,
Back into your emotional body,
Into your energy,
And continue balancing the energies and restoring harmony to your body,
Mind and emotions and depth of being.
Continue focusing on creating this harmony,
This balance in your life.
One way is to always align with that which helps you to feel balanced and healthy and light.
So if there is a situation that pulls you back into old habits or pulls you back into stress,
Just coming back to this deep breath,
To the flow,
Knowing that deep inside your highest truth is love,
Is light.
We wish to create this as an intention for today.
Deep breath.
Relaxing into stillness.
You may wish to continue in stillness for a few more moments,
Integrating your intention,
Integrating the experience of transmission,
Letting go into stillness,
Enjoying this moment.
When you're ready,
Coming back and enjoying the rest of your day.
