This meditation has the Mahayana view,

The openness of vast and auspicious hearts and mind,

A state of great rest and loving kindness and compassion for all beings.

Everything around us in our environment is simple as it is.

We are part of it and there is nothing good and nothing bad within this vast meditational view.

This view lessens the partiality that could produce conduct that is harmful to self and others,

Something we must be mindful of and careful to avoid.

We find more receptivity and containment with our environment and with beings that is openness.

As it is said in Guided to the Buddhist pathway of life,

For as long as space exists and as long as beings endure,

Until then I may too remain to dispel the misery of all beings.

So our attitude of open mind meditation,

Open heart mind meditation is so that limitlessly we try to open and fill very extended,

Not holding any limitation that can be solved in others.

Simply allowing yourself to feel that spaciousness free of boundary,

You may also call that boundless spaciousness.

Our attitude and meditation is to heal all the limitations,

Anxiety,

Tightness and narrowness that we experience through our mental world.

We let heal all of this and let it go.

We present with this total openness.

Doing this meditation,

Whatever you see,

Whatever you feel,

Whatever experience with internal or external world,

Do not separate it.

Just let it be as it is.

Allowing yourself to feel loving and kindness and compassion to all.

Make sure you remember to relax and feel free to relax your mind.

I love this meditation. In the early days of the pandemic, I did a Zoom with Dza Kilung Rinpoche and it was wonderful!
