I have been interested in various attention focusing and stress reduction techniques, meditation and breathing since my twenties. In fact, that brought me to a physical aspect of yoga. Using them through the years to balance and ground myself in my perpetual travels, teaching others how to use them in their everyday life to ease anxieties and fears, showed me again and again how transformative those techniques can be.
