Hello,
Beautiful soul.
Today's meditation is called treating ourselves as sacred.
So take your time,
Find your most comfortable and easy seat,
Maybe that's lying down.
Give yourself a moment in time,
Some space in this moment just for you,
Nobody else.
As you find your most comfortable seat,
Allow yourself to just set a loving intention that this be for your highest good and that you receive all you're meant to receive from this meditation today.
If it feels right,
You can even call forth any loving beings,
Guides,
Ancestors,
Or energies that you'd like to just be present with you.
And from here,
I just invite you to start to breathe in and out at your own rhythm,
Feeling that just in this breath alone,
You are tending to the physical body.
You're allowing for the body's rhythm to slow down.
You're oxygenating the blood,
Expanding the belly,
Softening the belly,
The shoulders,
Relaxing the forehead.
And continue breathing like this for a moment,
Feeling the weight of gravity on your body.
And take a moment to just sit with what it means for you to treat yourself as sacred,
To recognize that you are inherently connected and are a part of this earth.
And I'll just invite you to breathe a little bit deeper into the lower belly in this moment,
Inviting ease into this space,
Relaxation into this space.
Taking a moment to just honor the belly,
To honor the womb,
The space as the capacity to give life to all of creation.
If it feels right,
You can even place your hand on your belly and placing that gentle hand,
Allow yourself to just continue breathing,
Feeling that belly rise,
That belly fall.
We all have this creative drive that moves through us,
This sacred creative drive.
And when we align our creative drive with our heart,
Then we begin truly to create from a place that is sacred,
Connected to our soul.
And when connected through the crown,
It's connected to spirit.
And so as we rest here,
As you have one hand on your belly,
I'll invite you to place another hand on your heart chakra,
Just at the center of the chest.
And so feel as you breathe in and out and have your hands on these parts of the body.
Feel them softening feel the heart softening.
Feel the sacral chakra softening.
As you replenish them with your own breath.
And just imagine in this moment that you are at the center of the universe.
And around you is the dark of the galaxy.
Around you is a spacious array of stars.
And you are here in your center.
Allow yourself to experience what it's like to be in your center.
And maybe as you rest in this space,
You notice stars in the distance.
Maybe you notice shooting stars flying by.
Maybe you sense this.
Even as this is all happening,
Allow yourself to rest deeply in your center.
And in just a moment,
There is a star that starts to travel into your direction.
In fact,
It's coming right toward you slowly.
And you see it.
And it is so bright.
And it is shining so many colors,
Reds and blues,
And golden yellows and green.
And it is flashing.
And it has this beautiful aura around it.
And it's just getting closer and closer.
And this star is just wishing to present itself to you as a gift to give you the quality or the strength that you're needing to just truly step into honoring yourself a little bit more.
And so that star makes its way all the way into the center of your being.
Maybe this is your heart or your solar plexus,
But it just enters its way into the space.
And so as it feels right,
Allow your body,
Allow your energy field to accept this.
Breathe it in.
And notice what that quality is that you're being called to anchor in at this time.
Allow yourself to breathe that in and feel it shift the energy,
Shift the state of your cells in your entire body as you anchor in this frequency.
Inhale.

Exhale.
.
.
And as we begin to close this meditation,
So as to just connect deeply with your heart,
I just invite you to ask yourself the question,
If I were the last person on Earth,
What would I be doing with my life?
And in what ways can I invite some of these activities into my life now in a way that is pressure free?
And from here,
I just invite you to follow me through a short body scan to just anchor in,
Fully connect with the body.
So you can start by bringing your attention to the soles of the feet,
Calves,
Knees,
Thighs,
Hip joints,
The pelvis,
Low belly,
Sternum,
Chest,
The shoulders,
The buttocks,
The entire spine,
Left arm,
Right arm,
The front and back of the neck,
Back of the head,
Top of the head,
Forehead,
The eyes,
Back of the eyes,
Tip of the nose,
The entire mouth,
Teeth,
Tongue,
Gums,
And back of the throat.
And now bring your awareness to the entire body,
The entire body,
Your entire body here now.
And just take a moment of gratitude for your physical body,
This sacred vessel through which you get to experience life,
Through which you get to experience the earth,
And your connection to source.
From here I just invite you to take a deep breath in,
And slowly exhale and start to come back into the room.
Slowly taking your time as you're ready,
Opening the eyes when you're ready.
