Welcome.
Let yourself settle into stillness and settle into comfort.
Wiggle into your position.
Maybe move into your spine and your shoulders,
Your neck a few times.
Just to allow yourself to get curious in your seat,
In your posture.
As we slowly step into this meditation,
Comfort is queen.
So allow this comfort to be the most important thing in the world in this moment.
Enjoy the sounds of nature,
The sounds of the rose quartz crystal ball to resonate within you.
And start to feel supported by the ground beneath you.
Surrounded by the rhythm of nature.
Allowing your breath to become your anchor.
Inhale gently through your nose.
And exhale softly through your mouth.
Allow each breath to invite in softness into your body.
And each exhale to melt away any tension.
So breathe it in.
And let it go.
You are safe here.
Breathe it in.
Exhale slowly.
You are allowed to rest.
Inhale gently.
Exhale slowly.
Inhale gently.
You are allowed to receive.
Bring your awareness to your body.
From the crown of your head.
Down towards your neck.
Into your shoulders.
Your chest.
Belly.
Your hips.
Your legs.
All the way to the soles of your feet.
And with each breath invite in light.
Let it flow through you like warm sunlight.
And give it the space and the permission to clear any heaviness.
Any doubt or noise.
With that breath.
Invite in the warm light.
To clear any heaviness.
Any doubt.
Any noise.
You are made of energy.
You are alive with wisdom.
And you are a worthy vessel of love.
So affirm to yourself.
I am worthy of feeling good in my body.
I am open to trusting myself.
I am worthy of feeling good in my body.
I am open to trusting myself.
I am worthy of feeling good in my body.
I am open to trusting myself.
Let that ripple through into every cell of your being.
And begin to imagine a soft glow at the centre of your chest.
A warm gentle light.
Your heart space.
This is where your truth lives.
Breathe into it.
Let the light expand.
Let the truth become louder.
Let the light expand.
Maybe affirm to yourself either silently or whisper it out loud.
My heart knows who I am.
I am enough exactly as I am.
My heart knows who I am.
I am enough exactly as I am.
And visualise this light growing outward from your heart space.
Into your shoulders.
Your arms.
Your arms.
Your fingertips.
Up through your throat.
And head.
And down through your belly.
Hips.
And legs.
Let your whole body receive this warmth.
Breathe with it and allow it in.
And allow me to take you on a little journey of affirmations now.
Allowing these words to move through you.
You can repeat them out loud.
Or just listen and receive.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of rest.
I am worthy of joy.
I am confident in who I am.
I trust myself.
I trust the timing of my life.
I am whole.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of rest.
I am worthy of joy.
I am confident in who I am.
I trust myself.
I trust the timing of my life.
I belong.
I am whole.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of rest.
I am worthy of joy.
I am confident in who I am.
I trust myself.
I trust the timing of my life.
I belong.
I am whole.
Let this energy settle in.
And then return softly with no rush to the sound of your breath.
Each inhale.
Each exhale.
Return to the sound of the earth around you.
Notice how your body feels now.
Notice what has shifted.
There's nothing that you ever need to change to be worthy.
Your worth has always been within you.
Your confidence arises from self-trust.
And you are exactly where you're meant to be.
And maybe you choose to affirm that even deeper to yourself.
I trust myself and I am worthy of this life.
I trust myself and I am worthy of this life.
I trust myself and I am worthy of this life.
Take one final deep breath in together.
And a full,
Gentle,
Soft breath out.
Gently start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Becoming a little bit more aware of yourself in this space.
Take your time.
And whenever you feel ready,
Start to open up your eyes.
Carry this energy with you.
That quiet confidence of knowing that you are more than enough.
Always and have always been.
Thank you for meditating here with me.
