So,

We are going to start as usual with a short ceremony.

So,

Let's sit comfortably on our seat.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go.

Let's close our eyes and take another deep breath in.

And let go.

The next breath in,

We keep in,

We don't breathe out.

And slowly breathe out and let go.

Let go of everything that you don't need right now.

Let go of the past,

Everything that already happened.

Let go of the future and all the things that may happen.

And allow your attention to come back to whatever is happening right now.

Around you,

Voices you may hear,

Sounds,

Smell.

Embrace your surroundings.

Become aware of the presence of your body in this space.

The posture your body took upon its seat.

You may scan your body from the tip of your toes to the top of your head.

Making sure there is no tension hiding anywhere in your body.

There is no need for tension right now.

Become aware of your own breath.

The natural rhythm of your breath.

As it flows in and out of your nostrils.

Every breath in fills your lungs with oxygen,

With life.

And every breath out cleanses the body and relaxes more and more.

Another deep breath in and let go.

Become aware of your thoughts.

What are you thinking of right now?

Without getting too entangled with any specific thought.

You just observe as thoughts pass through your mind like clouds in the sky.

Do not judge or resist any thought.

Just observe.

Become aware of the fact that thoughts,

Like any other phenomena,

Has no power.

They just appear and disappear.

While you observe.

Become aware of everything that is happening around you and within you.

And as this endless stream of events continues,

Allow your attention to turn away and face itself.

The origin of your awareness.

That space within that exists before and beyond any phenomena.

Where there is no movement.

There is only silence.

And for a moment become that silence.

Another deep breath in and let go.

Gently allow your attention to come back to your body.

Become aware of the room and your surroundings.

The presence of your body in that room.

A part of our virtual circle.

Let us unite our individual intentions into one unified intention.

The intention to grow,

To develop,

To evolve.

With a smile let's take another deep breath in and let go.

And when you feel comfortable you may open your eyes.

Hello again everyone.

Welcome to this unique opportunity we give ourselves.

To pause the rush for a minute.

Hold hands and support each other on our path towards an awakened consciousness.

As we grow not just as individuals but also as a united consciousness.

And the force that propels this movement upwards is that tension that hides between the question and the answer.

The longing for the truth.

So this is your opportunity to contribute to that journey by asking sincerely your questions.

Bob Bryson what a beautiful meditation.

I love all the sounds of the different birds and the cat allowed me to be fully present in the moment.

Yeah it's a beautiful time of day here where I am.

6.

30 in the morning.

So everything just slowly waking up.

So who wants to be the first one to jump into the waters today?

What would you like to know?

What is still bothering you?

What is still holding you back?

What question you feel answered would be helping you on the path?

7.

30 in the morning.

Would you like to talk about the purpose of life?

Has the invitation to this meeting suggested?

Or anything else?

But you need to ignite it.

Take responsibility.

What is the purpose of life?

Bob Bryson is asking.

It's a good question.

What is the purpose of life?

Why am I here?

Is there a reason?

You see the fact that you allow yourself to ask this question.

Is the purpose.

At least one aspect of it.

This belongs to the family of the leading questions.

What are the leading questions?

These are the questions that does not design to lead you to an answer.

To a specific answer.

But to lead you towards the nature of yourself.

To lead you into silence.

To help you grow.

The questions that has no answer.

Why am I here?

What is the purpose of my life?

What is God?

All those questions.

What true love actually means.

It's so beautiful because any answer.

Is just a.

A temporary station that you can rest in.

But.

Would need to leave and move forward if you are sincere on your quest.

Do you see that?

The mind of a seeker never.

Compromise.

On an answer.

As beautiful and maybe convincing as it may be.

If you think you got it.

Okay I got it finally.

Then you are ready to put it aside.

And continue with your journey.

Because no answer can give you peace.

No answer can open the gates.

For you to experience your true nature.

This can only happen through direct experience.

And an answer is always an invitation for the next question.

Unless it really leads you to silence.

Unless it converts your question into a wonder.

What's the difference between a question and a wonder?

When you wonder you are like wow.

Aho miran janah.

Wow this is the way it is.

Wow so beautiful.

And there is no more question to follow that up.

So what is the purpose of your life here?

To keep asking this question.

Again and again.

I can give you a few possible answers to hold on to.

And maybe inspire you to continue your search.

But these definitely are not the complete and final answer to end your journey.

It's not the purpose at all.

To end your quest.

For example Somebody is asking In your talk about developing a white path.

Can you give some insight into it?

Yeah.

The white path is the spiritual path that I have paved for other people to walk on.

If they are interested in getting closer to an awakened consciousness.

And if you ask in a nutshell what is most important.

What is the dominant factor that identifies this path?

I would say developing an open heart.

And a willing soul.

So you can use that as an answer to the question what is the purpose of my life here?

I would say make sure your heart is open.

And your soul is willing.

Always.

And there is nothing out there that has the power to close your heart back.

And threaten your peace.

As long as your soul is embracing the present moment and the opportunity that you received to fully experience it.

That's it.

And I also can explain why is it so important.

It is so important that you embrace the present moment,

Embrace this opportunity.

And open your heart fully.

Not because your life would be more comfortable or accomplished.

That's a side effect.

What actually is waiting for you to become available in that sense is the present moment.

Or the united consciousness.

Or divinity.

Or God.

Or whatever you want to call it.

The big mind is waiting for the small mind to relax.

And stop suffering.

Stop rejecting.

Because only then you can fill your experience with meaning.

The rest of the time you are not able to do that because you are not fully engaged,

You are not fully available to experience it.

Your mind is busy with what should have happened as opposed to what is currently happening.

And in that gap you suffer.

And when you suffer you are not available.

You are not available.

Do you see what I am saying?

So this whole work that we do,

How to stop suffering,

How to heal our relationships,

How to grow beyond the drama,

All the practices that we teach,

All the meditations,

Everything that we do on the path is just preparing us,

Preparing our body,

Mind,

Spirit,

Golden triangle,

To allow that.

So we are truly,

Fully engaged,

Surrendering ourselves,

Offering our awareness as a present to life.

And then we are actually participating in the evolution of consciousness itself.

But only then.

Before that we are too pre-engaged with our own evolution,

Making our own private life more comfortable and less scary.

Yeah.

Barbara is asking,

So there are rest stops along the journey?

Definitely.

You can rest.

Rest your weary head on the shores of Shambhala.

Rest in the arms of your beloved.

And the best place to rest is in the bosom of your spiritual teacher.

I am telling you from private experience.

Because that's the purest form of unconditional love you will ever see,

Ever meet.

But while you rest,

Remember there is a journey for you.

So,

Don't rest too long.

Until rest is revealed to be your nature,

Not a temporary stop,

But your nature.

Restful.

Restful alertness.

So now you may think,

OK,

So the purpose of my life is to open my heart and keep it open.

That's fantastic.

Follow that.

But don't rest too long with the idea that you found the purpose of life.

Put it aside and go back to the question.

Remembering there is never an answer to this question.

One finite answer.

Remain in the question.

Baba is saying,

Sitting at the feet of the Master is a place of silence and wonder.

So just remain there.

Unfortunately,

Masters are not so allowing in that sense.

Usually,

They let you rest a little bit and then they send you back.

Facing your life.

Otherwise,

The feet of the Master become a refuge.

And you don't want to live your life as a refugee.

So you go there,

You hug your Master.

You fill your heart with its light and inspiration and you go back to your life.

To integrate it.

Michel is saying,

I open my heart to the magic of life.

That's beautiful.

Because life is not there to be understood.

It's a beautiful insight.

Life,

It's all about magic.

Magic.

Magic is not there to be understood.

The whole charm of magic is lost when you understand how it's done,

Right?

You want to keep yourself innocent.

And keep swallowing life.

With curiosity.

With everlasting hunger.

Joy.

Don't lose the joy of life.

And that includes accepting the fact that it's way too mysterious for you to understand.

To figure it out,

To get the point.

It's never about getting the point.

It's about remaining in the mystery.

Open heartedly.

Surrender to it.

And when you feel your intellect is taking over,

Trying to figure it out,

Trying to determine if this experience is beneficial or harmful,

If it's good or bad,

You just observe the nature of your intellect.

And you don't believe.

You don't identify with any idea it tries to create in you about life.

Or about yourself.

Then you realize that those ideas that are generated in the intellect,

They have no power.

They have no power.

You can see,

You can meet a thought,

An idea,

A concept,

And not identify with it.

And then it loses its power.

It's just a thought.

It will go away in a minute.

Another thought will replace it.

Then you know that you are free from the realm of thoughts.

Do you see what I am saying?

And for this realization,

You can practice,

Definitely.

In my Insight Timer page there is this guided meditation called Me and My Mind.

Practice it.

Practice it again and again.

Until this difference between the experience of whatever and the experiencer is completely clear.

And if there is a difference,

The experiencer can always choose what to do with the experience.

To react or not to react?

That is the question.

What are the questions do you have today?

This is your opportunity.

Think of it as if you found a lamp and you scrub it and a genie came out and you can answer any question.

But you have to ask.

And you know the genie is eternal.

It can wait for you as long as it takes.

But when you ask,

He has to reply.

Beloved Barbara is asking,

When I look in the mirror,

I see I am not a very humble person.

How might I grow in humility?

By realizing your true nature.

Think about it this way.

When you look at a beautiful picture in a museum and you praise that picture,

Who are you actually praising?

The Creator.

The Creator.

Exactly.

Same with you.

Every praise that you receive from other people or from yourself,

You just channel that immediately to the Divine.

You just channel that immediately to the Divine.

You are just a pipe where praises are being converted into energy to the Divine.

It doesn't stop here in your system.

Building your own ego.

Immediately you just thank the Lord.

And then you stay empty.

You are not full of yourself.

Do you see that?

But it is good that you realize your own precious existence.

It is good that you appreciate how beautiful you are.

How unique.

How precious you are.

Just don't get stuck there.

Don't own it.

That precious experience is not yours.

There is no I that takes ownership of it and builds an identity around it.

A persona.

It is never you.

It is never the wave.

It is the ocean.

It is always the ocean.

There is no wave.

It is just a temporary illusion of separateness.

But it is always the ocean.

So appreciate the fact that you exist.

But don't disengage and build around that an identity.

And if you did,

Already surrender that and come back to yourself.

With an open heart.

An open heart has nothing to lose.

It doesn't carry anything that belongs to it.

So if there is no baggage,

There is nothing to lose,

Right?

So you can stay completely free and available.

Do you see that?

What is the white path?

The white path is a spiritual path that is designed to help people who choose to walk on it to come closer to self-realization,

To their own nature.

To an awakened consciousness,

Whatever you want to call it.

And it is a combination of knowledge and practical sadhana practice that helps us come to a direct experience of that knowledge.

So it doesn't stay only as a theoretical philosophy,

But reveals itself to be what you are.

This is the white path.

And we move on the white path while shedding off false identifications.

Past impressions.

Old stories that we tell ourselves about ourselves.

And as those external wrappings fall off us,

The truth about us can be revealed.

But again,

Not as an idea or as a concept,

But as direct experience.

And the most precious value that we cherish on this path is to keep an open heart and a willing soul.

This guarantees that we move forward towards self-realization.

This is the white path.

I'll be happy to answer any more specific questions if you have.

Yes,

Open heart and a willing soul.

Actually,

I didn't invent that.

It was first referred to in the Old Testament.

King David said that to his son,

Prince Solomon.

He said,

You will work the gods of your fathers with an open heart and a willing soul.

Because God demands everyone's heart.

That's a beautiful sentence.

And Solomon did grow up to be the most wise person on the planet,

According to the story.

So,

How wise do you want to be?

An open heart keeps that connection with the source of knowledge open for you.

You can directly tap into wisdom if your heart is open.

That was true in the days of King David,

And this is true right now.

Who didn't ask yet?

It is amazing,

I agree.

I'm going to miss it when I leave this house.

The sound of the birds.

That's your opportunity.

People,

Ask your question.

Is this how to forgive others and self?

Rishi is asking.

You need to forgive someone because you believe what he did was a mistake.

And he should have done differently.

And because he did what he did,

Reality happened as it happened,

And it should have happened differently.

You have this idea in your mind.

Do you see that?

You live in the gap.

The gap between what is and what you believe it should have been.

The gap between what is and what you believe it should have been.

And that creates sorrow,

That creates misery,

That creates frustration,

That creates suffering for you.

It's not what he did.

It's not what you did.

It's the idea that something else should have happened.

That idea is the definition of misery.

If you are really honest about stopping and going beyond that misery,

You would need to let go of that idea.

That idea is an illusion.

It's never more accurate than life.

So instead of trying to find energy to forgive,

Embrace life as it happened.

Embrace life and its consequences.

Embrace your choices and their consequences.

And embrace yourself as you are right now.

The perfect imperfections that you are right now.

Don't wait for a better version of yourself to emerge.

There is no better version.

You are already perfect.

As you are.

Don't wait for a different reality to appear.

So you can be happy or fulfilled or accomplished or enlightened or whatever.

There is no better version of reality.

It's already perfect.

It might not fit with your ideas about it.

But that's your problem.

It's not the problem of reality.

The only way to solve it is to drop those ideas.

As justified and convincing as they may be.

They are never the truth.

The truth is reality.

This is truth.

So if you want to live a truthful life,

Come back to the present moment.

Let go of those conflicting ideas.

Do you see what I am saying,

Grish?

Don't worry about forgiving other people or yourself.

Embrace it as it is.

Then you find peace.

Hmm?

What do you say?

Peace is there behind your conflicting ideas.

It's waiting for you to become available to experience your own nature.

It's the background behind all the noise.

Behind all the drama of accepting and forgiving.

Behind all the doubts.

Peace is there waiting for you to become available.

As the eternal background of all those temporary concepts and ideas.

What do you say?

What do you say?

Grish is saying,

Yes,

I am filled with doubts and questions and seeking peace.

Very good.

The fact that you acknowledge that is the first step to grow beyond it.

Yeah,

I am filled with doubts and questions.

Peace will be revealed when you cease the seeking for something else.

As long as you are trapped behind this idea that something else should happen,

There will be no peace.

Maybe temporary glimpses of it,

But not real peace,

Everlasting peace.

Peace is behind the seeking.

So,

How to grow beyond your doubts?

Burn them.

Burn your doubts.

Make a decision.

Doubts keep you on the fence.

You see?

You are not sure,

Maybe this,

Maybe that.

You haven't made your mind yet.

You are considering your options.

Make a decision.

Whatever it takes.

You need to gather information,

Gather information.

You need to test it out,

Test it out.

Whatever is required.

Make a decision.

And then jump.

Jump off the fence.

And between you and me,

Nobody else is nizzling.

It doesn't really matter if you choose to jump left or right.

It does matter that you jump off the fence and you become engaged in life.

On either side of the fence.

It doesn't matter.

You do it,

But full heartedly.

Beyond doubt.

Once you choose,

You submit yourself to that choice.

Surrender yourself.

Surrender yourself to the choice and its consequences.

Then you live a successful life.

Then you live a successful life.

It doesn't matter.

As I said before,

All the rivers lead to the ocean.

And the ocean is not concerned which path you chose to take.

Coming back home.

All paths lead to the ocean.

So,

Don't be so bothered about which path to choose.

You just choose and follow that.

Do you see what I am saying?

Get off the fence.

Get off the fence today.

Today.

Make a decision and commit.

Full heartedly.

Surrender.

Yeah,

Thank you.

Thank you for your honesty.

We have time for one last question.

Who wants to grab this opportunity?

So,

Let me take this opportunity to invite you to join us for a series of talks called Tantra,

The Supreme Understanding that will start early July.

You can find the invitation on my Insight Timer page.

Don't miss it.

It's one of the most important events of the year.

It's going to take 10 sessions throughout the summer.

And I will post the recordings on Insight Timer so if you missed the live broadcast you can always listen to it later as a recording.

So,

Sign up for that.

Don't miss it.

Don't miss it.

Eva is asking,

Ava is asking,

Why are some people full of pride and ignorance?

The answer is in the question.

Because they are ignorant.

That's why.

Ignorance can.

.

.

Ah,

Sorry,

Full of pride and arrogance.

I read the answer in the question.

Why are some people full of pride and arrogance?

Because they are ignorant.

Lack of knowledge fills your heart with pride and arrogance.

But don't be quick to judge.

When you see people driven by lack of self-awareness you just add compassion to that.

Because you know they are driven by an illusion that separates them from the truth.

Self-awareness.

So put some compassion there.

They are suffering.

In some sort.

Just add your compassion to that equation.

And it will heal the wounds.

The wounds of you and the wounds of the person that you meet.

Don't demand for them to change in order for you to be happy.

That's never the case.

People are people.

Are people.

And they are already perfect.

Some more realized than others.

That's it.

That's the only difference.

So instead of judging and criticizing fully opinionated about other people surrender your opinions and keep your heart open.

You see what I'm saying?

You just make sure that you are driven by an awakened consciousness.

That's your responsibility.

Consciousness that is not afraid of life anymore.

Not afraid of what other people think.

Not afraid of losing any status.

Right?

And remember that what you see in other people is just a reflection of what you see in yourself.

Otherwise it wouldn't bother you.

Do you see that?

When you determine someone to be arrogant,

For example.

That's you comparing the other person with an idea that you have in your head about how he should be.

How he should behave.

Isn't that arrogant?

How do you know?

How do you know how other people should behave?

Instead of making an opinion embrace people.

Love them as they are.

That's the only thing that other people really want from you.

So why don't you give it?

That's your nature.

Unconditional love.

Spread that instead of your opinions.

What you say does make sense.

What you say does make sense.

Except,

However,

Words encouraged are misconstrued.

I don't know this word.

You have to use simpler terms.

Sorry about that.

And as I said in the beginning of this meeting,

Yes,

Words can only describe a very narrow aspect of the truth.

Words are very limited.

And the truth is way more.

Mysterious than words can describe.

Words are there to build a concept for you.

So you can hold it.

But the truth cannot be held.

It's eternal.

So use those words as a carriage that carries you home.

But don't get stuck with the words,

With the concept,

With the answer that you received.

All the words that you heard today are not meant for you to keep and build more concepts and ideas around.

But for you to open your heart.

And come back to the peace and the silence which is you.

Which is way vaster than any word can describe.

That's the invitation.

That is always the invitation.

The eternal invitation.

Good,

Good,

Good.

So make sure you sign up for this Supreme Understanding course.

And I would like to thank you for your time and your attention.

Your beautiful questions.

Your donations.

Don't forget to put something in the pot.

Doesn't have to be much,

But something to keep you balanced.

And I look forward to seeing you again.

Before July.

Maybe next Sunday we can meet again.

Good night,

Good morning,

Wherever you are.

Love you very much.
