If you're feeling tight in any way you can take a moment to really work out your kinks.

You can open close your mouth a little bit and feel free to maybe give yourself a little neck rub.

If you are seated in a way that you can rock your feet on the ground,

Please do.

If you are seated cross-legged just kind of take a moment to acknowledge your knees,

Acknowledge your calves,

Maybe point and flex your toes a little bit.

And as you do this you're going to start to really magnetize your full self here into present moment.

Just inviting yourself to join in,

Calling yourself in from the future,

From the past,

And starting to acknowledge what becomes possible for you to feel yourself as you come back home to yourself.

If you feel comfortable and ready you can close down your eyes,

You can start to deepen your breath,

Acknowledging that you might have been holding your breath a little bit.

You might be feeling a little bit overwhelmed by the quality of air or all of the grief for our beloved neighbors and our beloved city.

But for this time while we're together you have full permission to connect in,

Back in with your breath.

And you can be friendly with yourself as you start to untangle a little bit.

Just being gentle and kind to your breath.

And we're going to imagine,

Sense,

Or feel a big beautiful grounding cord.

And tonight we are going to ground with a waterfall.

You can see the stones,

The rock,

The mountain,

That the waterfall is flowing through and down.

And you can use that as well as part of your grounding cord,

Letting your grounding cord connect completely with the base of your spine.

Your lower back,

Your hips.

And travel down through all of the layers and the textures and the frequencies of the planet.

Until you're able to touch in with the center of the earth.

And breathe.

Pouring your waterfall down through all of the layers and down into the center of the planet.

And breathe.

And invite any tension,

Any holding from your belly,

Your kidneys,

Your spine,

To just simply pour down and out.

And maybe you notice that this waterfall has gravity.

Maybe you feel a little heaviness.

Maybe you feel shedding of tightness,

Tension,

Old stories,

Old crusties.

Letting the gravity of this water flowing simply and effortlessly bring you relief.

Ah,

You can let out a sigh if that feels good in your body.

You can notice where you can relief,

Release,

And bring relief.

And notice where you can let go of any effort around this process.

And I'd like for you to imagine putting your feet in a fresh,

Clean body of water.

There's a place that I love to go to in Oaxaca called Apuala.

And in Apuala,

There are pools of water that is so fresh and so clean.

This cool water is bubbling up from under the rock from deep inside of the earth.

And so I invite you to join me in a space where your feet are dipped into the freshest,

Cleanest,

Most high vibrational water you've ever encountered.

And let yourself feel the sensation of levity,

Of joyfulness,

Of awe,

Of beauty and replenishment that this fresh water gives to you by connecting to it.

And sit here for a moment enjoying the sensation of having your feet in the water while energetically releasing any tightness or tension out of your physical body down into the earth.

Imagine,

Sense,

Or feel starting to draw some of this fresh,

Clean water up into your legs.

Letting this fresh water replenish the water inside your own body.

And breathe as you open up space for the water inside of your body to receive a healing from this fresh,

Clean water direct from the earth.

There is a limitless,

Abundant source of this fresh connection and connecting completely to this fresh water gives you the space to create more health,

More vitality in your body and in your being.

And invite this water to move up through your body,

Moving into your intestines,

Your stomach,

Your spine,

Your heart,

Moving into your chest and your throat.

The vibration of high-frequency H2O.

And invite this high-frequency to recalibrate all of your molecules.

Invite this energy to harmonize your blood,

Your brain,

Your tissue,

Your muscle.

And notice the qualities of space,

Of ease,

Of flow.

And notice where you can continue to release anything that you're holding,

Giving yourself a full healing here.

And as you come to the center of your head,

You can let this fresh frequency,

This fresh water move out of your body into a bubble around your whole body,

Your whole being.

Letting a little bit of that weightlessness come in.

Inviting that sensation of lifting that you get when you're floating in the water.

And start to play with the freedom that this brings in you.

Maybe even the happiness that this brings in you.

Start to invite some of the powerful emotions that you have.

If this feels like it's a place you want to shed,

If this feels like this is a place that you want to linger in,

Start to tune in with these vibrations,

The frequency that we are creating together in this community.

And let's start to send this frequency,

This appreciation,

This buoyancy,

This levity out into a really beautiful,

Puffy white cloud.

A puffy,

Happy,

White rain cloud.

And say hello to a puffy,

Happy,

White rain cloud.

And say how much you love and appreciate it.

Maybe you want to compliment this puffy,

White rain cloud.

Maybe it's the cutest rain cloud you did ever see.

So give yourself the space to play.

And maybe you see more than one.

Maybe you start to see multiple rain clouds.

And activate the sensation inside of yourself inside of this rain cloud.

Bringing appreciation,

Admiration to the beauty and the wonder and the power.

And asking with humility for this rain cloud or these rain clouds to come and visit us here in Los Angeles.

Let them know that they are loved,

That they are needed.

Let them know that we are paying attention.

And start to imagine,

Sense and feel these beautiful rain clouds starting to collect over the areas of our city that are still on fire.

See them out in Altadena,

In Pacific Palisades.

See them gathering,

Happy to help.

Visualize big,

Beautiful raindrops that fall in perfect harmony,

Not too hard and not too soft,

But just right.

See this water pouring down and giving relief.

Hear the miracle,

The miracle of these rain clouds.

See the ancestors praying for our lands.

And maybe you even can hear the drum of the rain dancers.

Calling for relief,

Calling for renewal,

Calling for replenishment.

How beautiful this is.

See the animals having the water that they need.

See the new growth that lies right underneath the destruction.

See the seeds that are waiting to be born,

That are waiting to be rained on.

See the rain dropping and pouring and refilling our creeks and washing away the dust.

Feel the sensation of what it felt like when it started to rain and you were a little kid and all you wanted to do was get out in the rain and splash around in the puddle.

Feel the sensation of what it felt like when you were a little kid and all you wanted to do was get out in the rain and splash around in the puddle.

Let that sensation be whole in your body,

In your mind.

And see that sensation spread into the heart and bring relief.

And be with this how you feel.

You need to be with this at this moment in time.

And as we're here,

We call forward peace and relief for the whole planet.

Seeing the sensation,

The vibration that we've created in this space quench Los Angeles and quench all of the fires and all of the battles.

Finding a new way of regenerating.

Finding a new way of holding each other.

Bringing in so much gratitude for our beloved world.

Take a moment to send a prayer out to anybody that needs it in your life.

Or if you need it in your own life,

Send it inward as well.

This vibration is here for you to tap into whenever you need it.

You can carry it with you.

You can spread it around.

Saying thank you to the rain.

Thank you to the oceans.

Thank you to all of the water animals as well.

Thank you to all of the people who are working so hard in this moment to put an end to these fires.

May their families be blessed.

May their lives be blessed.

May they have everything that they need to thrive.

May we be a part of a great awakening.

So that everyone and all beings can have everything that they need to touch in with and have and have access to fresh clean water,

Fresh food,

Fresh air,

Good friendship and love and safety.

And as we start to come out of our meditation,

You can take a moment to just acknowledge your body again,

Coming back to yourself,

Checking in with yourself.

If you want to put a hand on your heart and a hand on your belly,

Feel yourself hugged,

Feel yourself loved.

Thank you so much for making the time to be here.

Take it slow.

Drink lots of water.

Continue to put love into all of the water that you have,

That you drink in the world.

Calling all the guardians,

All the angels,

All the ancestors.

We can stretch a little bit,

Or if you need to just stay internal,

You're more than welcome to.

That's sort of the luxury of doing this at home.

Know that these are big healings,

So if stuff kind of moves or if you need a little extra sleep or a little extra water or a little extra tenderness,

That's totally normal.
