
Healing From Love (Visualization & Breathwork)

Connect back to love and joy, from wherever you are. This practice is very direct and easy to follow. This very special track was done with a very special young man with a heart of gold who is different, and I wasn't sure if he would be able to sit through a meditation. He did. And he said it was amazing. I hope you enjoy it as much as he did.

And deeply breathing in and out,
Deeply breathing in all the way to your belly.
Imagine your breath going all the way down to the bottom of your stomach.
So invite that breath in,
Closing your eyes,
Relaxing.
Big long breaths and when you release,
Sigh,
Breathing in really deeply all the way.
And release,
Breathing in deeply all the way again.
Good job.
And then release,
Allowing your body to really come into the present moment,
Allowing yourself to breathe in deeply in and out for an entire time together.
As you release,
That sigh allows your body to relax,
Letting it know that it's okay to release any tensions in your neck and your shoulders.
So as you breathe in again,
I want you to imagine a big white ball of light coming through your nose,
Going to your jaw,
To your back.
And as you exhale and as you release,
I want you to see that light explode in your back and your jaw.
I want you to breathe in more light from the sky,
Golden white light,
Healing light,
Beautiful energy within your body and allow it to travel now to the back of your neck.
And as you exhale,
Allow it to explode in the back of your neck,
Releasing any and all tensions.
I want you to breathe this golden white light now into your heart,
Noticing what there is in your heart that wants to be released.
Deeply breathing in and out,
Breathing in light and allowing it to relax as you exhale.
Continue breathing at your own pace and at the same time.
Set your intention and how you want to feel by the end of our time together.
You want to feel more relaxed and more calm,
More happy.
Think of a word that you want to feel by the end of this time together and allow yourself to notice how you feel right now.
If you could give it a number on a scale of one to ten,
One being really in that feeling and ten being not so much,
Not at all.
Wait,
One being not so much in that feeling and ten being really in that feeling.
Allowing yourself to breathe into that just to take quick note of that.
Allowing your whole body to come back and release whatever needs to be released in terms of tension.
Breathing in and exhaling.
Keep imagining golden white light traveling down into your body and each time you take a deep breath it circulates around your back,
Around your neck and also allowing it to release and escape into the center of the earth.
Noticing what there is in your body,
In your heart that needs healing or that needs support and just breathe that love and support in.
As you exhale allow anything that wants to be let go of to drop into the center of the earth.
Keep breathing in and out inviting more white light to come and imagining and seeing it go to the places in your body that wants to release tension and allow that to happen.
As you exhale allow those tensions to melt away.
Connect with any emotions that may rise and allow that breath to accompany you and releasing some of the emotions that are hidden in your body.
Good.
As you exhale allow these emotions to expand if they want to.
Grow if they need to and also dissolve.
So see how much it wants to grow.
So you can pump it up like a balloon.
You can connect with a feeling or a sensation inside of you.
Sitting up straight allowing your shoulders to be relaxed.
Slide them right down to your pockets.
Imagine your shoulders right down and as you exhale release it and let it dissolve.
I want you to see a big flame.
Fires made out of blue and purple colors.
These fires rage strong.
They're cleansing fires.
Fires that can burn away any and all things in your mind and your body that you no longer need or that wants to leave and even the things that you don't want to leave but would be better for your heart for it to leave.
Allow that fire to come into your body and burn them away.
Sigh it all out.
You need to move your legs.
Allow them to take another position very gently or if you don't it's perfectly fine.
As you breathe in this golden white light and these fires of blue and purple flames allow that to surround you.
Allow that to burn through you with your breath.
Breathing them in like a healing dragon burning and letting these flames burn.
Only the things that need to be let go of right now so that you can be refreshed.
Only healing flames and healing light and release all that needs to be let go of.
Releasing all the ashes from the things that it has burnt.
Sigh.
I want you to also at this time imagine big big big love coming from the skies.
So much love more than you can ever imagine.
I love that this always always with you and as you breathe that in you can continue to hug yourself and receive that love and feel what it feels like in your body.
This pure form of warm and gentle love.
So feel within your palms as you lightly feel the warmth of your palms and your arms.
As you hold your elbows,
Your arms.
Sensation that you are perfect that the way you are exactly where you're meant to be.
Receive that love and let every part of your body know and believe that by simply being alive and breathing you're an important part of this world.
There's nothing to do.
No one else you need to be.
Know where you need to go.
This is the time to allow yourself to receive and fully accept the truth of who you are.
Your most natural self.
At your highest potential and your highest good,
Your purest self.
I want you to breathe in that purity.
An undeniable source of who you are and the energy of you.
Releasing anything that isn't you.
Any tensions,
Any stress,
Any thoughts,
Anything that doesn't make you feel calm.
Just breathe into those and just like a bottle of water getting emptied allow all of the things to empty out of your body into the center of the earth.
Relax as you do this breathing in.
As big of a breath as you can have and then relax as it empties out.
Breathing in bright white light.
And allow everything to melt away.
Breathing in and letting it all go.
Beautiful.
Now inside of you there lives an inner wiser being.
One that knows who you are.
One that is connected to who you are.
One that's connected to your love,
Your happiness,
Your joy.
And one that knows who you are in relation to this world.
One that knows who you're meant to connect with.
Who you're meant to touch in the heart.
You're meant to do.
I want you to call that part of you out.
The part of you that knows your purpose and in fact the reason.
So if you are able to I want you to call it out.
See where it is living in your body and allow it to gently show itself to you.
Continuously breathing in and out deeply.
Release.
Breathing in deeply.
And exhale.
Allowing yourself to connect deeply with what your purpose is.
Why you're here.
Who you really are.
Remembering that you are not your behaviors.
You're not your reactions.
Can be calm,
Centered,
Grounded.
No matter where you are.
Breathing in and out.
Relax.
Release your breath.
Sigh it out.
As you allow your different pieces of yourself to unite.
Come together.
Building you whole.
Keep breathing in and out deeply.
Feeling the strength that's emerging from inside.
The kindness and the pure heart.
The desire to serve.
The desire to be connected to the world.
Bring joy.
To every moment that you experience.
The ability to let go of the past.
Of any moment that doesn't feel good.
Knowing that that's not you doesn't need to be there.
That feeling doesn't need to be there.
Also connecting to the courage to face the truth.
Without any hard feelings.
Let it be easy.
As you breathe deeply and allow that golden white light to shower over you again.
I want you to relax and rest in here.
Feeling supported.
Loved.
Connected.
I want you to imagine the intention that you set earlier today.
How you want to feel.
What's the best feeling you can imagine.
And I want you to welcome that feeling into your body.
Let it soak inside your system.
And with each breath just like filling up a balloon.
You're having more and more of it come into you.
I love it.
To expand ten times the size and receive it with ten times more enthusiasm.
Make it bigger and stronger.
Is it joy?
Is it happiness?
Is it calmness?
Is it peace?
Is it confidence?
Is it belief?
Breathe that in straight to your heart.
Whatever it is that you want.
Make it ten out of ten.
Twenty out of ten.
A hundred out of ten.
What does it feel like?
Look like?
Sound like?
And whenever you're ready I want you to breathe it in and share this energy with the rest of this room.
With the rest of this house.
Wherever you are.
Like an exploding balloon of good air.
Blow it into the room in your exhale.
Now drawing from the skies from above.
Breathing deeply in again.
Blow it into the entire city.
Sharing this with the city.
Breathing into it again.
Share it with this earth.
Breathing into this again.
Share it with this entire universe.
Imagine if you were able to share it to the universe and also receive it as you're sharing it.
So in your last breath I want you to breathe in as if you were able to send it to infinity and send and receive it at the same time.
Beautiful.
Now I want you to slowly move your body and shake it as you come back into this room.
Breathing in.
Wiggle your legs.
Wiggle your arms.
Wiggle your shoulders.
Maybe even your neck.
Shake it.
Shake your head.
Shake your arms.
Shake your legs.
Shake your body.
Good.
And as you come back to this room and to this spot,
I want you to thank yourself for making this time today.
To allow yourself to connect.
To create this space for yourself.
To let yourself breathe.
So send yourself gratitude.
Receive it from yourself.
And also notice now from a scale of 1 to 10,
The feeling that you want and your intention in the beginning of our time together.
