Please make yourselves comfortable.
Find a comfortable position for your arms and your legs.
Let's inhale deeply and allow our spine to become a little bit longer.
Exhaling,
Allowing our body to soften a little and find comfort in our seat.
We'll use the Jose Silva method for entering our relaxed state of being.
So inhaling deeply and visualizing the number three three three.
And that is our cue to relax physically.
So we can allow our forehead to relax.
We can allow our eyes and our cheeks and our jaw to become more relaxed.
Our neck and our shoulders.
Allowing our chest to become more relaxed on the outside and on the inside.
Allowing our abdomen to relax a little on the outside and on the inside.
And maybe if we're sitting up we might need a little bit of muscle tone just to hold us upright.
Allowing our buttocks and thighs to become relaxed.
Our knees,
Our calves,
Our ankles and feet.
Our body is feeling more relaxed.
We are already at a healthier state of being.
Inhaling again,
Let's visualize the numbers two two two.
And that is our cue to mentally relax.
So I'll invite you to visualize or imagine in any way that works for you a place or an activity that is peaceful for you.
That is calming and tranquil for you.
And let's rest there a moment.
We are feeling more physically and mentally relaxed in a healthier,
More beneficial state of being.
I'm going to invite you to inhale deeply.
As you exhale visualizing the numbers one one one.
That's our cue to deepen our state of relaxation.
I'm going to use a countdown from 10 to 1 to become more and more relaxed.
So as I count down please notice your breath and your body breathing long and smooth and comfortably.
10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 We are in a more peaceful,
Healthier state of mind.
There are many physical and mental benefits from being in this relaxed state.
Let's notice how our body and breath feel.
As we exhale next let's allow our attention to move from our body from the base of our spine and into the earth.
So we can imagine our connection with the earth beneath our feet becoming stronger.
And you can visualize that in any way that works for you.
You can imagine a column of light or a rope or any connection that makes sense to you.
And feeling connecting with the solidity and the stability beneath us.
And as we inhale let's allow our attention to return to our body,
Travel up our spine,
Out the top of our head into the space above us.
And then in time with our breath exhaling down again into the earth,
Inhaling up from the earth through our spine and out the top of our head into the infinite space above us allowing our breath to be long and smooth and comfortable.
Connecting with what is around us,
Connecting with our place on earth,
Our place between heaven and earth.
So just allowing our breath to move up and down easily comfortably.
Returning our focus to our body and our breath.
Sensing as best we can the air around our body.
Sensing it moving into our body.
Can we really get a sense of the air around us and moving into our lungs,
Moving out again?
Are we able to get a sense of how the air mingles throughout our whole body?
How that gases exchange in our lungs move around our body to every tissue,
Every cell and how vital this process is for our life.
How those materials are transformed somehow,
Returned to our lungs and removed from our bodies.
Can we get a sense of how we are connected to the atmosphere in that way and how vital that process is for our existence.
Can we get a sense of how we are connected to the air?
Can we get a sense of how we are part of a water cycle?
How the water in our bodies arrives is part of us and then continues its journey.
Can we get a sense of how our entire bodies are connected to the world around us?
How we are not separate?
So can we now get a sense of how the energy in our bodies is not separate from what is around us?
How we are part of all that is.
How intimately connected we are with the world around us.
There is no separation,
Perhaps only in our minds.
And now we have that sense,
Whatever it means for you of being connected,
We'll use the three scenes technique to offer whatever love,
Peace and healing feels appropriate for you.
Love,

So we'll offer that love,
Peace and healing to all of humanity,
To Mother Earth and to ourselves,
To the whole.
So we invite in a screen on which we can portray scene one.
This is where we are now,
This is the problem and we won't be here very long but we need a sense of what it is we choose to heal,
To move away from.
So for a moment visualizing on that screen what it is we ask to heal.
Pain and suffering.
The dysfunction.
