Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable space,
And lay down on your back.
Palms either facing up or facing down.
Just allow the eyes to close.
Allow your body to settle.
Natural breath in and out.
Like a pebble in the pond smoothing out the ripples.
Bring your attention to the breath.
Noticing the breath smoothing out.
Bringing the attention to the body.
Taking a scan of the entire body.
Noticing any tension in the body.
Allow the tension to slowly dissolve away.
Allow your mind to slowly dissolve the tension naturally.
Each breath you take you relax even more and more.
Each breath you take floods the body with relaxation.
Shoulders start to relax.
Jaw relaxes.
Eyelids are so relaxed here.
Whole body relaxes.
Not now but in a moment.
I want you to test your eyelids.
Your eyelids are so heavy.
They're so relaxed.
Not now but in a moment.
We'll test to see if you can open your eyelids.
Feel the whole body relaxing here.
Wave of relaxation throughout the body.
Eyelids are so relaxed.
I want you to test your eyelids.
I want you to try and open your eyelids.
But they're so heavy they just won't open.
Eyelids are so relaxed so heavy.
They just don't want to open.
And each time you try to open your eyelids you relax even more and more.
Feel this peace and serenity in the body.
This relaxation.
Not now but in a moment.
I want you to find that stuck emotion.
That negative emotion that you've been holding in your body.
Not now but in a moment.
I'm going to have you point at that emotion in your body.
I'm going to count down from 10 all the way to 1.
And when I do I want you to point at the emotion in your body that you're feeling.
That stuck emotion.
That negative emotion.
10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Point to that emotion in your body.
That negative feeling.
That stuck energy.
Point to that emotion in your body.
Now you start to see a color.
From this emotion in your body.
Seeing this color.
It could be any color.
I want you to feel this color.
See this color in your body.
I want you to visualize with your hands pulling out this color like a ribbon.
Out of your body.
Pull out this color.
Pull out this negativity.
Pull out this stuck energy.
Pull out this color like a ribbon out of your body.
Make sure all of the colors out of your body.
Pull it out.
Once you have all of the color out of your body.
Visualize looking at this color and playing with this color with your hands.
Maybe changing it into a shape into a ball.
Maybe stretching this color out.
Or making this color smaller.
And just notice this color.
Notice how the body feels without this color being in the body.
Visualize with both hands.
Visualize with both hands taking this color and make it into a picture frame.
Whatever size picture frame you like.
Visualize looking at this picture frame and seeing this color.
And notice how it feels in the body.
And notice how it feels in the body.
With both hands take this picture frame.
Make this picture frame as big as you can.
As wide as you can.
As large as you can.
And notice what that does to your body.
Notice the feelings.
Now take this picture frame and shrink it down to a small postage stamp.
And notice the feelings in the body.
And take this picture frame with both hands and make it back to a good size you like.
Now I want you to visualize you have a pen in your hand.
And take this pen and write down the lesson of this emotion on the picture frame.
It could be one word lesson or it could be multiple words or multiple sentences or paragraphs.
Write down the lesson that you learned with this emotion on the picture frame.
And now I want you to visualize this emotion on the picture frame.
And notice how it feels in the body.
And notice how it feels in the body.
And notice how it feels in the body.
And notice how it feels in the body.
And notice how it feels in the body.
And notice how it feels in the body.
Now I want you to look at the lesson you wrote on the picture frame.
Make sure you got it all.
That this emotion gave you this negative emotion.
Just notice how the body feels.
And notice how the emotion is going to be.
Now I want you to take this picture frame,
Visualize taking this picture frame with your hands and putting this picture frame over your head.
Picture frame is hovering over your head.
And now with one hand grab the picture frame and fling it behind you like a frisbee.
And this picture frame hits a wall behind you and sticks to the wall.
Now visualize a hammer and a nail hammering this picture frame behind you at the back of the wall.
And now you can see the pain in your body.
And notice how it feels in the body.
And notice there's a release in the body.
Nailing this picture frame behind you,
The back of the wall.
Not now,
But in a moment.
I want you to try to bring that picture frame back.
I want you to try to bring that emotion,
That lesson back.
Not now,
But in a moment.
I want you to test,
I want you to notice if you can bring that picture frame back if you want to.
Not now,
But in a moment.
Only if you want to.
You'll bring that picture frame back.
I'm going to count down from 10 to 1.
Once the countdown is completed,
If only you feel like bringing the picture frame back.
You can.

Try and bring the picture frame back.
Notice how the body feels,
Notice how the mind feels.
Notice the release,
Notice the freedom,
Notice the serenity.
Feel this wave of relaxation throughout the body.
Feel that release,
Feel that surrender,
Feel that unconditional love.
Feel that sense of ease.
Not yet,
But in a moment.
I'm going to have you come back to your breath.
Not now,
But in a moment.
You'll come back to your body.
Now bring your attention to your breath.
No breath in and out.
Taking a scan of the body.
Noticing how the body feels now.
Take a deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale open the mouth,
Sigh it out.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale sigh it out.
One more time.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale sigh it out,
Let it go.
Feel this surrender,
Feel this love.
Taking this feeling with you through the rest of your day,
Through your week.

amazing meditation. i really felt the stuck energy and the meditation helped me shift and release the energy. i got a little confused. was i supposed to visualize the picture frame back in my body when i made it big and then as small as a postage stamp???

Interesting exercise. I’m not very good at visualizing color, but was able to extract some old mustard, muddy feelings of rejection, low self worth and insignificance. I AM, I belong!
