Welcome,

I'm Maggie and I'm so glad you're here.

I'm sorry you're feeling stressed,

But I think together we can work on releasing any tension and overwhelm that stress can bring you.

There is no bell at the end of this meditation,

So if you happen to drift off to sleep,

Don't worry.

Know that your unconscious mind will still be absorbing the positive cues.

In this session,

You will learn how to let go of stress and replace it with a sense of calm and balance.

Let's start by breathing deeply.

We're going to do a breathing box pattern.

You're going to inhale for a count of four,

Hold for four,

And exhale for four.

In a sense,

It's a modified box pattern.

I will count for you for the first round,

And then you can practice a few.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Try that again.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold for four,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale for four,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Try a few of those on your own.

With each breath,

Allow your body to soften and your mind to unwind.

I'm going to give you time to repeat this cycle several times.

And I ask you to consider feeling more relaxed with each round.

If you haven't already,

Close your eyes.

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Let's begin by visualizing yourself standing in a serene meadow.

Tall grass sways gently all around you,

And beautiful wallflowers bloom everywhere in vibrant colors.

Overhead,

The sky is a perfect shade of blue,

And the sun bathes you in warm light.

Each breath you take fills your lungs with the fresh,

Clean air of this beautiful,

Peaceful place.

Now imagine the wind is gently starting to pick up.

It's blowing along the grasses and the flowers,

And gently carrying away all of your stresses and worries.

Feel the tension in your shoulders dissolve as the wind brushes past you.

It's a warm breeze.

With each breath,

Let the wind lift away another layer of heaviness,

Leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease.

Focus now on the sensations of the meadow all around you.

Hear the rustling of the grass and the chirping of all of the birds.

Smell the sweet fragrances of all of the flowers,

The bees buzzing,

And feel the warmth of the sun on your face.

Allow these sensations to ground you in the present moment,

Creating a sanctuary of calm within yourself.

Breathe deeply and bring your attention to your body.

Start at the crown of your head and slowly scan downwards,

Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.

On each exhale breath,

Imagine releasing the tightness in these areas one by one.

As you practice,

Feel your body becoming lighter and more relaxed with each breath.

In the meadow,

Picture a gentle stream flowing near you.

You can hear it.

Imagine stepping closer to it and dipping your hands into the cool,

Clear water.

Visualize the stream carrying away any energy of lingering stress,

Leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

As you hear the water,

Spend a few moments enjoying this peaceful connection with nature.

As the water flows gently by,

Imagine it whispering to you,

Carrying messages of reassurance and peace.

These whispered messages are personal just for you,

Resonating with your needs and desires for relaxation and clarity.

Now look around and find a place where you would like to sit near the stream.

Picture your favorite place and have a seat there.

Visualize the earth supporting you completely,

Its energy blending with your own.

Imagine roots extending from you into the ground,

Anchoring you firmly.

Now for the next couple of breaths.

With each exhale,

Visualize any lingering tension energy flowing out through these roots and into the nurturing soil.

All negative energies leaving you through the roots into the earth.

For the next couple of breaths,

Repeat to yourself,

I am calm,

I am balanced,

I am free,

I am balanced.

I am free.

With each repetition,

Feel these words,

Have them meaningfully resonate within you,

Anchoring you in a state of deep relaxation.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

And when you are ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your room.

Carry this sense of calm with you into the rest of your day,

Or if you have fallen asleep,

Rest easy dear one.

Www.

Mooji.
