So hi everyone and thank you for joining me today.

I'm honored to share this journey with you today.

Right now as you listen to my voice your body is having a conversation with you.

It's been speaking to you all day actually through sensations,

Through tension,

Through areas that feel tight or tender.

But we are often so busy managing our lives that we forget to listen to what our body is trying to tell us.

Your body is incredibly wise.

It holds experiences,

Your emotions,

Your memories,

In ways that your mind sometimes can't access.

And when something needs your attention,

When an old hurt is ready to heal,

When an emotion needs to be felt,

Or when stress has built up beyond what you can carry,

Your body starts speaking a little louder.

So today we are going to slow down and really listen.

We are going to discover what your body wants you to know,

What it's been trying to tell you,

And how to respond with the love and attention that it deserves.

Find a comfortable position where you can rest completely and let your eyes close softly.

We are about to have a beautiful conversation with the wisest part of yourself.

Take a slow deep breath and imagine now with each exhale you're settling deeper into your body,

Like sinking into a warm comfortable chair after a long day.

Each exhale I am sinking deeper and deeper into my body.

Now if you haven't done so already at this stage,

You might try closing your eyes if that feels right for you,

As you continue to sink into your body,

Dropping your attention from your mind into your body.

Now just for the next few minutes,

Letting my words guide you and just see what unfolds for you today.

Whatever you need to receive,

See,

Sense or feel,

Just let that naturally unfold.

There's no expectations,

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to do.

Your body has been carrying you through everything,

Every experience,

Every emotion and every challenge.

It's been your faithful companion,

Working constantly to keep you alive,

Healthy and functioning and very often without any conscious recognition from you.

So place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly and simply say hello to your body.

Just acknowledging one hand on the heart,

One hand on the belly and we say hello I'm here.

Thank it for everything that it does for you,

Every moment of every day.

Feel into the simple miracle of your heart beating,

Your lungs breathing,

Your blood flowing through your veins and your body is performing thousands of functions right now,

Without you having to think about any of them.

It's keeping you alive through its own intelligence and love.

Now we are going to create a sacred space where your body feels completely safe to communicate with you.

Imagine now that you're surrounded by the softest,

Most loving light,

A light that creates perfect safety for whatever your body wants to share.

Imagine you're surrounded by the softest,

Most loving light,

Perfect safety all around you.

In this space there's no judgment,

No rush to fix anything,

No pressure to be different than who you are.

There is just gentle curiosity and unconditional love for whatever your body might want to express.

Your body knows that you're here to listen,

Not to criticize or ignore.

You're here to receive whatever messages it has for you with complete acceptance and care.

So breathe into this safe space and feel your body beginning to relax,

Knowing that it's finally being heard.

So now we are going to gently scan through your body,

Like a caring friend checking in on each part of you,

Listening for any sensations,

Tensions or areas that might want your attention today.

So let's start at the top of your head.

Slowly move your awareness to the top of your head.

Don't try to change anything.

Just notice.

Now your forehead.

Is there any tension here?

Any tightness that might be holding a worry or a stress?

Just watching and noticing.

Then your jaw.

Notice if it's clenched or holding something that it needs to release.

Your neck and your shoulders.

Now these areas often carry so much for us.

Is there any heaviness there?

Tightness that feels like it has a story to tell?

Neck and shoulders.

Just noticing.

Now slowly moving down to your arms and your hands.

Notice if they feel relaxed or if they are holding tension from gripping too tightly to control.

Your chest and your heart.

Breathe into this space now.

Your chest and your heart.

You may have one hand there already.

Breathe into this space and notice what's here.

Sometimes our heart holds emotions that are ready to be felt and honoured.

My other hand is on my belly.

What does your belly want you to know today?

This area is often where we store emotions and stress.

Listening.

Just listening.

Now your back.

The part of you that supports you through everything.

The part of you that right now may be resting against the chair or the mat or the bed.

Is it asking for some care or recognition?

Notice what you notice in your back.

Now your hips and your pelvis.

Old emotions and experiences often held in the hips and the pelvis.

Just notice what feels ready to be acknowledged today.

Your legs and your feet.

The parts that carry you forward in life.

Your legs and your feet.

The parts that carry you forward in life.

How do they feel today?

Now as we've done this general scan of the body,

I want you to now notice which area of your body spoke to you most strongly.

And you completely trust your own intuition,

Your guidance or your body's wisdom for this information.

What area of my body spoke to me most strongly today?

Where did you feel the most sensation,

Tension or emotion?

And this is possibly where your body wants your attention right now.

So gently take your awareness to those areas.

If you can,

Perhaps your hands can also be on that area.

If your hands can reach that part.

Now my awareness or my hands are there.

And I'm now breathing directly into this part of my body.

As if you're sending love and attention right now to exactly where it's needed.

And remember,

We are not trying to make the sensation go away.

In fact,

It's the exact opposite.

Now you can either receive my words or repeat this after me as you hold that area which needs you today.

What are you trying to tell me?

What do you need me to know?

What are you trying to tell me?

What do you need me to know?

What are you trying to tell me?

What do you need me to know?

And just listen now.

Not with your mind,

Trying to figure it out,

But with your heart,

With your intuition and with your intention.

Just listen and see what shows up for you.

A sensation might move.

There may be a new sensation.

It may increase,

It may decrease.

I may have a thought,

I may have a vision,

I may think of a person,

Anything can happen.

Just trust the way in which your body speaks to you.

Now your body speaks in sensations,

Not in words.

And this tension might be saying,

I'm holding too much stress.

Heaviness might be saying,

I'm carrying sadness that needs to be felt.

Tightness might be saying,

I am protecting you from something.

And an ache in your heart might be grief that's finally ready to be felt.

A tightness in your stomach might be anxiety that needs reassurance.

And tension in your shoulders might be responsibility that's become too heavy to carry alone.

So without trying to change or fix anything,

See if you receive any information from your body.

Your body is not broken.

It's communicating with you.

It's telling you what it needs,

What it's holding and what is ready to be felt or released.

Just allowing yourself to feel what you're feeling.

Nothing to analyze,

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to judge.

I'm here to feel,

Sense and experience unconditionally.

Now sometimes the sensations in your body are connected to what I like to call little emotions.

Feelings that got pushed aside because they seemed too small to matter.

Because I just didn't have time when they first arose.

Maybe there's a tiny bit of sadness that never got acknowledged.

Or a small disappointment that got quickly covered up.

A fear that got pushed down because you needed to be strong.

Now these little emotions often accumulate in our bodies,

Creating tension,

Discomfort,

Until we finally take time to see them,

Feel them and let them know that they matter.

So whatever you're aware of right now,

Just breathe into that area or those areas where you feel sensations and ask,

Is there a feeling here that needs to be acknowledged?

A little emotion that wants to be seen?

Is there a feeling here that needs to be acknowledged?

A little emotion that wants to be seen?

Is there a feeling here that needs to be acknowledged?

A little emotion that wants to be seen?

And if something comes up,

Sadness,

Fear,

Anger,

Disappointment,

Abandonment,

Anything,

Welcome it.

Welcome it like you would welcome a small child who needs comfort.

And now seeing,

Receiving,

Repeating my words.

I see you.

I understand.

It's okay to feel like this.

I see you.

I understand.

It's okay to feel like this.

I really see you.

I really understand you.

And it's absolutely okay to feel like this.

Any changes in the body?

Allow.

See.

Now,

Imagine the part of your body that's speaking to you right now could actually talk.

The tightness that I'm experiencing right now,

I just spoke to it.

Now,

What if it could speak back to me?

What if it could use words?

Maybe your shoulders would say,

I am tired of holding so much responsibility.

I need some rest.

Maybe your heart would say,

I have some sadness that's ready to be felt and released.

Maybe your stomach would say,

I am holding anxiety about the future.

I need reassurance that everything will be okay.

Listen with your whole being now to what this part of your body wants to communicate and receive its message with love and understanding.

You Then we respond.

We tell the body,

I hear you.

I understand what you're telling me.

Thank you for carrying this for me.

How can I help?

What do you need from me?

And we'll say the last part again.

What do you need from me?

What do you need from me?

Now,

Your body might need movement.

It might need rest.

It might need an emotional expression.

It might need to make a sound.

Anything that you're guided to do right now.

I may want to move my body.

I may want to change my posture.

I may want to scream.

I may want to cry.

I may want to make that noise.

In your own safe space,

Just do that and see what happens.

Maybe you just need to hold yourself and be still.

Focus breathing or a loving touch in that area that's been speaking to you.

Trust what comes up.

Your body's wisdom knows what it needs for healing and relief.

Your mind cannot and will not figure it out.

Just trust what shows up.

Maybe you want to breathe deeper now.

Maybe you want to gently place your hands on that part which is active.

Maybe you feel like moving or stretching.

Do what feels right,

Trusting that your body's requests are intelligent and healing.

Now,

Here is something beautiful to understand.

When your body creates pain or discomfort,

It's not trying to hurt you.

It's trying to heal you.

It's drawing your attention to something that needs care.

Something that's ready to be addressed.

Something that wants to transform.

Pain is often your body's way of saying,

Something here needs love.

Something here is ready to heal.

And something here wants your attention so it can finally release and transform.

Just feel into this understanding now.

Your body isn't working against you.

It never was.

It's working for your highest good,

Your healing and your growth.

Now,

In this space today,

We are going to establish a new way of communicating with your body.

One which is based on listening,

Respect and collaboration rather than ignoring or pushing through discomfort.

Make a gentle promise to your body now.

I will listen to you more closely.

I will pay attention to what you're telling me.

I will respond with care instead of ignoring your messages.

I will listen to you more closely.

I will pay attention to what you're telling me.

I will respond with care instead of ignoring your messages.

And just feel your body receiving this promise.

Notice how it responds when you're committed to hearing and honoring its wisdom.

Now this doesn't mean I'll overly focus now on every sensation.

But I'll just be more attentive,

More loving.

Now,

Place both your hands on your heart.

And this part of the journey is just feeling gratitude for your body's constant communication,

Its endless wisdom and its service to your well-being.

Both my hands are on my heart and I feel complete gratitude for this vessel that I live in,

That my soul resides in.

Now as we prepare to complete this journey together,

Know that you can return to this conversation anytime you need guidance,

Healing or simply want to check in.

Your body is always speaking to you,

And now you know how to listen.

So when you feel tension,

Instead of pushing through,

You can pause and ask,

What are you trying to tell me?

When you feel pain,

Instead of just taking something to make it go away,

You can first listen.

What do you need and how can I help?

And when emotions arise in your body,

Instead of pushing them down,

You can welcome them.

I see you.

What do you want me to know?

Now take three soft breaths,

Feeling yourself connected to your body's wisdom,

Grateful for its wisdom and communication.

And after the third breath,

When you're ready,

You can slowly open your eyes,

Carrying this new relationship with your body into your day or your night.

Now we always remember,

The body is always speaking to me,

And it's guiding me towards healing,

Wholeness and health.

So thank you very much for joining me today.

Namaste.
