This 20-minute healing journey combines gentle Yoga Nidra with full-body Reiki and my calming theta frequency music to support anxiety relief and grounding. You’ll be softly guided into stillness, helping the body unwind and the mind settle into a place of ease. Reiki flows throughout the practice to support energetic balance, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. I hope this session is a peaceful refuge to reconnect with your breath, ground into the present moment, and restore a sense of calm from within. Hello and welcome.

My name is Bailey and I am a nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher and sound healer and I create distance Reiki healing sessions along with my sound healing frequency music to help people who are struggling with stress,

Anxiety,

Or overwhelm or who are perhaps on a physical healing journey.

In our session today I'm going to be guiding you through a yoga nidra practice as well as a full body distance Reiki healing session to really help ground your energy and your body and your mind if you are experiencing anxiety and perhaps you feel a little ungrounded or unsettled this session is perfect for you.

So I invite you to go ahead and find your comfortable place to receive ideally your bed or perhaps your yoga mat with some props.

It can be nice to place a bolster or a pillow under your knees and get an eye mask or a blanket just to really get yourself as comfortable as possible just taking a few moments to settle in and once you have arrived in your comfortable position I invite you to gently close down your eyes bringing your awareness inwards and start to focus on your breath inhaling deeply into your lungs letting your belly rise and gently exhaling all of the air out and taking a few more of these deep grounding breaths inhaling deeply into your lungs and letting your abdomen rise and gently exhaling all of the air out and with each inhale and exhale just letting your body soften deeper feeling supported by the surface beneath you and I invite you to follow along with me as I begin sending you distance Reiki.

There's nothing you need to do.

Nowhere you need to go.

This is your time.

Just this moment.

Just this breath.

Now gently invite an intention into your heart.

Something simple like I am safe.

I am grounded.

I am at ease.

Let this intention arise naturally.

There's no need to search for it.

Just notice what feels nourishing to you in this moment.

Let it rest quietly in your heart space.

We'll now gently move our awareness through the body noticing sensing and allowing.

Bring your awareness to the soles of your feet.

Feel them in contact with the surface beneath you.

Feel gravity drawing you down grounding you.

Now the heels heavy and warm.

Feel into the calves and shins softening.

Knees,

Thighs and hips sinking deeper into the supportive surface beneath you.

Letting go of gripping or tension.

Resting into the earth.

Feel the pelvis heavy and grounded.

Deeply connected to the stability of the earth below you.

Bring awareness to the abdomen.

Let the belly soften.

No need for holding or tension.

With each exhale feel the belly gently rising and falling.

Now the chest and heart center.

Let the breath flow here easily.

A sense of openness or quiet.

Whatever is present is welcome.

Bring awareness to the shoulders.

Let them melt down away from the ears.

Now the arms.

Upper arms.

Wrists.

Palms.

And fingertips.

Letting go of tension.

Don't let them feel heavy.

Supported.

Bring your awareness to the neck and throat.

Softening.

Letting go of any tension.

Now the jaw.

Unclenching.

The cheeks.

The eyelids.

The forehead.

All softening.

Now hold the entire body in your awareness.

From the soles of your feet to the crown of the head.

Your whole body.

Heavy.

Grounded.

Still.

Feel your body resting on the earth.

Completely supported.

Now bring your attention to the natural rhythm of your breath.

Noticing the inhale and the exhale.

There's no need to change anything.

Just notice.

Feel the breath like a wave.

Rising and falling.

Inhaling.

Grounding.

Exhaling.

Releasing.

With each exhale,

Feel your body grounding deeper.

With each inhale,

Receive a sense of calm.

Breathing in.

Grounding.

Breathing out.

Softening.

Let the breath gently anchor you in the here and now.

Now if it feels supportive,

Imagine the base of your spine extending downward.

A gentle cord of light reaching into the earth beneath you.

With every breath,

This grounding connection deepens.

Imagine this light growing strong and wide.

Anchoring you to the earth.

Feel the solid,

Steady presence of the earth beneath you.

Holding you.

Nourishing you.

Unchanging.

Steady.

Safe.

Let this sense of stability fill your entire body.

You are grounded.

You are supported.

You are safe here.

In your own time,

Begin to focus on your breath again.

Inhaling deeply into your lungs.

Letting your abdomen rise.

Gently exhaling all of the air out.

Inhaling again.

Letting the abdomen rise.

Gently exhaling.

Letting your breath start to ground you back into this present moment.

To your physical body.

Taking your time.

There's no rush.

You've just created a beautiful state for your body,

Your nervous system,

And your mind.

So you're welcome to bask in this peace and calm and these energies as long as you like.

And when you do feel called to make some movement,

I invite you to go slowly and gently.

Maybe wiggling your fingers and toes as you start to bring life and movement back into the body.

And then gently rolling out your wrists and ankles.

Taking whatever movement feels good to you in this moment.

And just gently waking the body.

And when you do feel called to get up,

I invite you to roll to one side and slowly push yourself up to seated.

Maybe having a nice yawn or stretch in that seated position.

Whatever calls to you.
