As you start to engage in your meditative practice,
Take the time to settle into a comfortable position,
Whether you sit or lay.
Just settle into your body and the position that you're in as you start to embrace the present moment through your breath with your body.
You start to give your body permission to relax,
To release tension,
To release knots in the stomach or the muscles.
You start to notice the shift into relaxation as you give your body permission to relax,
To go deeper into stillness,
To go deeper into relaxation.
As you start to notice that even your mind relaxes,
Your brain relaxes,
You have less thoughts,
A calmer body,
Internal sensations have lessened.
Keep going deeper,
Rising above thought,
Going deeper into awareness,
Deeper into the stillness of your presence.
Noticing what that feels like to anchor into the presence of who you are.
Notice what happens when you go beyond thinking,
Staying in your presence of who you are.
Notice how all concepts,
Ideas,
Labels,
Wash away.
They are no longer in existence,
They are no longer needed.
Notice how you slip into bliss.
Notice how you are no longer holding attachments to anything at all.
Notice your shift in frequency,
That when you're in thought form,
The mind,
The brain,
You become tired,
Drained,
Confused.
Notice that staying in the presence of who you are is clear,
Luminous,
Ever-expanding,
Ever-evolving.
Notice that as well,
And this is a daily practice,
A moment-to-moment practice of staying in the embodiment of presence,
Of who you are.
Take a moment to tune into the teaching for you of staying in tune with presence.
What is the biggest teaching for you around presence of who you are in stillness,
In silence?
How can you become even more aware,
More in tune with this stillness,
This silence,
This presence,
And as you start to come back to the body,
The form,
The shape,
The weight of the body,
Allowing yourself to take the teachings from your presence into your next moments of time,
Until the end of time.
Namaste.
