Welcome,

Dear soul,

This gentle morning reset helps your nervous system arrive into the day without rushing,

Bracing,

Or carrying yesterday forward.

Through slow,

Calming guidance and subtle body awareness,

You set a tone of safety,

Clarity and regulation that carries with you into everything that follows today.

Today,

You are starting regulated,

So before you move into your day,

Just take a moment to arrive,

A moment to breathe.

You don't need to plan yet.

You don't need to check anything yet.

You don't need to be anyone yet.

This moment is for your nervous system.

Feel your body where you are,

In bed,

In a chair,

Standing,

However you are listening.

Take one slow breath in through the nose,

And release it gently through the mouth.

That's right,

You are here now.

Place one hand on your chest,

One on your belly.

Inhale slowly through the nose for 4,

3,

2,

1.

Exhale through the mouth,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

That's right.

Remember,

Longer exhales tell the body we are not rushing today.

As you take another calming breath,

Let your shoulders drop,

Let your jaw soften,

Let the belly release.

That's right,

You are setting a tone for the day from the body outwards.

Now gently bring your awareness to your feet,

Moving up to your legs,

Your hips,

Feel the support beneath you.

Now awareness into your spine,

Up to your shoulders,

Into your arms and hands.

You are waking the body with safety,

Not urgency,

And quietly let this land,

I am grounded as I begin my day.

Now say these affirmations in your mind or whisper them,

I am calm and steady,

I am safe in my body,

I respond instead of reacting,

I move through my day with ease,

I trust my inner rhythm.

Now take one final breath in slowly,

And release it gently,

That's right,

Feel your body now,

You are ready,

Not rushed,

Not tense,

You are present,

And you can return to this any time,

Even in the middle of the day.

Your nervous system always knows the way.
