Welcome to this meditation on releasing limiting beliefs.
This process will help you dissolve any negative thoughts or feelings by gently breathing them away and letting them go.
Find your quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed and let's begin.
You're either seated or you're lying down in a comfortable position and if you haven't already you're closing your eyes.
And let's take a few deep breaths together.
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Again inhaling through your nose and exhaling and allowing yourself to fully relax.
I invite you to take a moment to set an intention for this session.
This could be something like I am open to releasing a limiting belief and embracing positive change.
Let's start by taking three deep breaths.
Inhaling deeply through your nose,
Hold it for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Again inhaling deeply through your nose,
Hold and exhale and slowly release through your mouth.
Take one more like this.
Inhaling deeply through your nose,
Hold and exhale and slowly release through your mouth.
Now imagine a place where you feel completely safe.
Safe and at peace.
This could be a real place or a creation of your mind.
Just spend a few moments here absorbing the calm and serenity of this special space for you.
Now I invite you to bring to mind a limiting belief that you want to work on.
This could be a thought or a feeling that has been holding you back.
Just allow it to surface without any judgement.
Notice any emotions that arise as you think about this belief.
Where do you feel it in your body?
Acknowledge these feelings and observe them without trying to change them.
Gently trace back to when you first felt or believed this limiting belief.
Allow your mind to go back in time.
Like you're watching a movie,
Rewinding back in time until you find the earliest memory associated with this belief that you're carrying.
Now feeling into your body,
Where do you feel this limiting belief?
Notice,
Where is it on your body?
Now imagine breathing into this space.
Breathing into this space on your body,
Sending warm,
Healing energy with each inhale.
Sending energy.
And as you exhale,
Imagine the belief beginning to dissolve and release.
That's right,
With each inhale,
You're bringing in healing energy.
And with each exhale,
You imagine the belief beginning to dissolve and release with your breath.
Picture the limiting belief as a dark cloud or a heavy object.
With each breath,
See this cloud or object becoming lighter and more transparent.
Imagine it slowly lifting away from your body and dissipating into the air.
Take another healing breath of energy into your body.
Once again,
As you exhale,
Imagine the belief beginning to dissolve and release.
And with each breath,
You see this cloud or object becoming lighter and more transparent.
And you see and you feel it slowly lifting away from your body,
Dissipating into the air.
That's right,
You can feel the limiting belief leaving your body,
Leaving your mind.
Now I'm going to say some positive affirmations to replace your limiting belief.
And I invite you to say them after me in your mind or out aloud.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am capable.
I am capable.
I am free from this limiting belief.
I am free from this limiting belief.
Now feel the truth of these statements resonating within you.
Visualize yourself holding the limiting belief in your hands.
When you feel ready,
Imagine yourself just blowing it away with your breath.
Watch it as it floats away,
Disappearing into the distance.
And we'll say the positive affirmations again.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am capable.
I am capable.
I am free from this belief.
I am free from this belief.
Again,
Feel the truth of these statements resonating within you.
Take a few moments to visualize yourself without this limiting belief.
How do you feel?
What new opportunities or perspectives arise from releasing this limiting belief?
Embrace this new sense of freedom and possibility.
Now take a few deep breaths in to ground yourself back into the present moment.
You can wiggle your fingers and toes,
Feeling the connection in your body and your connection with the earth beneath you.
I invite you to bring in and express gratitude to yourself for taking time to heal and grow.
Acknowledge the work that you've done and the positive changes you've made.
Now let's end with some more affirmations.

When you feel ready,
You can slowly open your eyes and take time to reacquaint yourself with your surroundings,
Bringing with you a sense of peace and release.
Understanding and knowing what you've cultivated and what you've released in this session.
