And welcome to a sacred breath.
Just let your mind know it's time to let go.
Release any thoughts from the mind.
Nothing to do,
But just relax.
So in this practice,
We're going to breathe in and out through the mouth.
Deep,
Slow,
In and out.
So as you're breathing in,
And as you're breathing out,
Just a gentle noise coming in and out as you're breathing.
Allow your breath to be deep and slow.
And your breath is connected,
Meaning when the inhale stops,
The exhale begins.
And when the exhale stops,
The inhale begins.
That's right,
Connecting your breath without any pauses in the breath.
Consciously slow it down and make it deep.
Just imagine the layers of the day,
Or the week,
Just peeling off.
With each deep breath in,
Bringing in fresh energy.
And with each breath out,
Just letting go.
Let go of responsibilities.
Let go of expectations.
Let everything just peel away from you,
One by one.
Feel yourself as you're breathing these beautiful,
Deep inhales through the mouth.
And exhaling through the mouth.
With this breath connecting to your essence.
Connecting and feeling into all and any energies in your body.
As you breathe,
Just let yourself connect in to the energies inside your body.
Feel the vibrations within your body.
Reminding yourself that you're safe with your breath.
And just feel the warm sensations right throughout your whole body.
This loving,
Gentle energy spreading through your entire body.
As you just breathe these breaths.
Connected,
Deep breaths.
These breaths helping you ground yourself into the here and now.
Keeping your attention away from the outside world.
This energy humming deep inside you.
I'll just leave you for a moment just to be with this energy.
And feel these beautiful breaths.
As you breathe your sacred breath.
Inhaling in and out of the mouth.
And just letting go of the breath.
Giving yourself a hug.
Giving thanks and gratitude to yourself.
