Good morning.
My name is Nancy.
Thank you for joining me today for this meditation on releasing morning anxieties and welcoming a bright beautiful day.
It is human for us to feel anxious in the morning,
Not knowing exactly what lies ahead and wondering if we are up to any challenges that we may encounter.
This meditation will help you ground yourself in a state of peace,
Joy and love.
You will be able to act and think out of that state and not out of state of fear and anxiety.
We will end this meditation with some grounding affirmations to strengthen your confidence,
Knowing that you will be able to handle all that comes your way with a sense of calm and joy.
Wherever you are right now,
I invite you to find a comfortable seat and just breathe at your own pace.
Notice your breath flowing in and out.
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your face,
Relax the point between your eyebrows,
Relax your upper arms,
Lower arms,
Relax your hands,
Each finger,
Relax your stomach.
Notice any tension you may feel in your body.
Notice your breath breathing in and out and on the exhales release any tension you may feel.
Now take a deep breath through your nose in,
Feel your stomach expanding,
Hold it and slowly breathe it out.
And again,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Feel it in your stomach expand,
Hold it and slowly breathe it out.
And a third time,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Expand your belly,
Hold it,
Hold it.
As you continue to breathe in your own rhythm now,
I invite you to focus your attention to your heart.
Feel it beat,
Notice your heartbeat.
Connect to yourself here.
Notice the steady beat of your heart.
You may also place a hand on your heart and one on your stomach.
Notice your heartbeat holding you,
Beating for you.
You are safe.
I am safe and secure.
With every breath I relax more deeply.
Continue to breathe at your own speed.
Notice your heartbeat.
You've been held and sustained all your life.
You are safe here and now.
And in this morning,
You can let go,
Release.
Now and here,
You're safe.
You're secure.
There's nothing you have to do.
You can just be and breathe.
Allow your own heartbeat to sustain you as it has for all these years.
And as it will continue to do.
Now,
Right now,
In this situation,
This very moment,
All is well.
There's no need to fight.
You can release,
You can relax,
You can rest.
Enjoy this moment and take another deep breath in.
Breathe at your own speed.
You can breathe at your own speed.
You can live at your own speed.
There's no need to hurry.
It does not all depend on you,
My dear.
You're divinely guided and held.
You can rest and you can trust.
All will be well.
Because all is well in this moment.
You can start this day and every day from a place of peace and trust.
From a place of love.
Love for yourself and love for others.
You can live from a place of trust that all will work out well.
Now feel free to repeat these grounding affirmations out loud or in your mind as you continue to breathe your own pace.

I am grateful for the gift of another 24 hours.

I breathe through any difficult emotion.
I know how to relax my body.
My breath anchors me.
There's nothing to fear.
Good things lay ahead.
Things always turn around in my favor.
My future is bright.
I trust that the decisions that I make are right.
I let go with ease all that is not for my highest good.
I am love.
I am free.
I love freely.
I speak my truth.
I graciously set my heart on fire.
I set boundaries to protect my peace.
I allow myself moments of rest and pause.
I don't need to perform or pretend.
My authentic self is beautiful.
I am allowed to heal.
I am allowed to heal at my own pace.
I am enough.
Right here and now.
I am lovely in all my imperfections.
I am lovable.
I am lovable.
I am likable.
I am worthy of attention.
I am worthy of love.

I notice the beauty of life.
