Hello and welcome.

This is Carolyn Wallace.

Thank you for practicing with me today.

Let's begin.

Take a slow,

Gentle breath in and soften your whole body as you exhale.

Let the shoulders drop.

Let the jaw loosen.

Let the morning settle softly around you.

This moment is a beginning.

A quiet doorway into the day.

Nothing has to be solved.

Nothing has to be figured out.

You are simply arriving.

Bring one hand to your heart and feel the warmth here.

Feel the steady presence of your own life,

Your own energy,

Your own capacity to receive.

Let the breath deepen just a little.

Breathing in,

Feel the chest expand.

Breathing out,

Feel the body melt.

Soften the forehead.

Loosen the belly.

Allow the spine to lengthen naturally.

In this morning light,

Let yourself open just a little.

Just enough.

Breathe in and imagine a soft brightness entering your chest.

Breathe out and let any heaviness fall away.

Notice the air as it moves in through your nose.

Cool,

Gentle.

Notice the warmth as you exhale.

Feel the grounding.

Feel the release.

Your body knows how to breathe.

You don't have to manage a thing.

Just witness.

Feel the texture of your clothing against your skin.

Feel the temperature of the room.

Perhaps the faint touch of sunlight or the quiet darkness before dawn.

Let yourself be here.

Just here.

This breath.

This moment.

If thoughts arise,

Smile softly inside your mind.

Let them drift away like clouds.

You are practicing presence.

You are practicing abundance.

With your next inhalation,

Invite in abundance.

Not at something you chase,

But at something already flowing toward you.

Abundance of breath.

Abundance of peace.

Abundance of small joys waiting to be noticed.

Abundance of support you may not always see.

Abundance of opportunities forming quietly in the background of your life.

You don't need to know how.

You don't need to know when.

Simply allow for the possibility that life is working with you,

Not against you.

Let that truth soften the body.

Let it land quietly in the heart.

On your next inhale,

Silently repeat,

I allow good things to come to me.

And on the exhale,

I am open to receiving.

Again,

Inhale.

I allow good things to come to me.

Exhale.

I am open to receiving.

Feel these words settle into your chest.

Feel the ribcage widen.

The shoulders ease down.

The heart open gently.

You are letting abundance meet you naturally,

Softly,

Beautifully.

Bring awareness into your heart as if the breath could gather warmth there.

A soft glow,

Steady,

Quietly powerful.

Let that warmth spread across your collarbones,

Down your arms,

Into your hands.

Notice the breath moving into your belly.

The body opens with each inhale and settles with each exhale.

You are supported by the ground beneath you,

By the breath within you,

By the unseen currents of life.

Quietly guiding your path.

Imagine yourself at the edge of a beautiful garden.

The morning sun rises slowly.

Dew glistens on the leaves.

Birdsong fills the air.

There is no rush,

No urgency,

Just the fullness of life waking with you.

Walk gently along a path.

Feel the earth beneath your feet.

Feel the air on your skin.

Ahead,

A small opening in the trees appears.

Light pouring through.

Golden and warm.

Step into this sunlight.

Let it touch your face.

Let it fill your lungs.

Let it bathe your heart.

Every ray of light carries abundance.

Every breath draws it in.

You don't have to earn it.

You don't have to prove anything.

You are worthy,

Simply by being here.

Bring to mind three simple things you are grateful for this morning.

Gratitude is the soil where abundance grows.

Let gratitude soften your body.

Let it widen your awareness.

Rest in gratitude in every part of your body.

Now gently sense the day ahead.

Not with worry,

But with curiosity.

What would it feel like to walk through today as someone already supported,

Already guided,

Already open to good things?

Just feel the energy of possibility settling into your heart.

Take one more slow breath in,

Feeling spacious,

Supported,

And ready.

As you exhale,

Feel the energy in your heart,

Steady,

Warm,

Quietly powerful.

Let the morning meet you with kindness.

Your day begins here,

From a place of calm openness and quiet abundance.

You are walking into this day with clarity.

You are ready to receive the abundance coming to you.

Now gently open your eyes if you have them closed.

Thank you for joining me today.

Until next time.

From the peace within me,

To the peace within you.

Namaste.
