Today we will be taking a deep dive (in). Exploring what it is like to leave everything behind. This is a great meditation for when you are needing to let something go. It is a way to fully embody this present moment and leave the past behind, leaving you feeling lighter and refreshed for the rest of your day. We will be connecting to our heart centers, deeply releasing, and exploring beyond. Includes background music and moments of silence, for a deeper stillness.

I'm about to walk a path inward and I'm opening a door for you to walk it with me.

And as we go inward and we enter this door I ask you to take off your metaphorical shoes.

Your stories,

Your past history,

The things that happened before you sat down for this meditation and set it aside.

Imagine for a moment that nothing exists except for this moment.

What is left?

Can you fill into what is left when your history is behind you?

You can fill into leaving those metaphorical shoes behind and fall into the being that you are.

No place to get to,

Nothing to achieve,

Nothing to let go,

Only to be.

Observing this breath as it comes in,

Goes out,

Leaning into the space behind each breath.

The space that's between each thought that may rise and pass away.

As if you are the sky and each thought,

Each feeling is a cloud dancing in front of your awareness and you are so open that you will allow it to come in and allow it to pass through.

Feeling the molecules within your body,

Knowing you are beyond those molecules,

Bigger than any container,

Filling the cells and atoms of your entire body.

From the tip of your head down the front of your face,

Eyes,

Nose,

Mouth,

Back of your head,

Your ears,

Melting.

Hearing the sounds that your ears are taking in,

Listening with your entire being.

Listening in the sounds of the room,

First listening to the far away sounds,

Then the sounds as they get closer,

Then becoming aware of the very subtle stillness and silence.

The silence between each sound,

Each breath,

Each heartbeat.

Just as if you can hear the vibration of your own being radiating around you,

Holding you,

Feeling into your spirit,

Into who you really are,

Surrendering to the ocean of what is.

Feeling into the space between every thought,

Every feeling,

Every molecule in your own being.

Observing the play of sensations as they dance down to your chin and neck.

Continuing now to scan the body down your torso and arms,

Fingertips,

Legs,

Ankles,

And feet.

The sensations of the body dancing around like stars in the universe,

The universe of your being.

Feeling yourself completely settled into this moment,

This breath.

Knowing a deeper knowledge of who you are,

Rooted into yourself in a way that is beyond words.

Simply as is.

I am the I am behind all things.

Allowing each breath to take you deeper into this moment,

Into the sensations that float around and pass,

Recognizing the temporary sensations,

Observing the change of weather patterns within.

Exposing yourself now into your heart center,

Observing your breath coming in and out,

Imagining the breath moving to your heart center.

Exposing your heart to this moment.

Exposing the breath to be your anchor in connection to your heart as if you are growing roots into that heart center and to that heart space.

You can imagine now the arteries of the heart like roots into the earth growing deep within your own being.

Opening and allowing yourself to be empowered into a love that will carry you through all your days.

And as we take a moment to wrap up and come back to our door and leave this journey from within,

I'd like to leave you with a quote by Lao Tzu.

To attain knowledge,

Add things every day and to attain wisdom,

Remove things every day.

To attain knowledge,

Add things every day and to attain wisdom,

Remove things every day.

And I invite you to do this by taking off those metaphorical shoes and stepping into this present moment.

To surrender into that ocean of what is.

And as you take a moment to bring your awareness back into the room,

I invite you to leave the shoes and stay connected to your being.

You can now wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Setting forth the intention to stay true to you,

To stay true to your essence,

To allow this to be your foundation for a healthy life towards responding in healthy ways in all interactions,

In all choices and in all decisions that you may make.

May all beings be happy and may all beings know their true and innate worth.

And may you know that you are lovable exactly as you are.

May you know your true essence that is always here for you to fall into,

To melt into.

May you love and be loved with ease.
