Let's begin by finding a comfortable position that feels right for you.

And allow your eyes to close and focus your attention inwards.

Let's start with our focus on the breath.

Taking a few deep breaths to start.

Nice and slow.

And full deep breaths.

And with each deep breath you take.

Feeling your body relaxing more and more with each breath.

Each breath expands further and deeper into your body.

Breathing all the way to the tips of your fingers and the tips of your toes.

Breathing in deeper.

Until it feels like you've filled your body fully with your breath from the very tips of your toes all the way to the top of your head.

Breathing in more,

Slowly and deeply and fully.

Let's now bring our attention to our head and our face.

Allowing this area to relax deeper and further.

Surrendering more to the breath as we continue to breathe slowly and deeply.

Feel our face relax and soften.

Feeling any tension drop around our face and our head.

As our breathing becomes slower and deeper we relax further.

Face and head feeling soft and relaxed and at peace.

Just moving down to the neck,

Breathing in slowly and deeply into the neck.

Allowing all parts of the neck to relax and let go.

Breathing in deeply.

Moving down to the shoulders.

Breathing in to each shoulder.

Feeling the tension drop as our shoulders relax and fall comfortably.

Feeling content.

Allowing this relaxation to flow all the way down both arms.

Feeling right down into our fingertips as we breathe slow and deep,

Fully relaxed.

Moving next down our spine.

We can feel each part of our spine relax.

Breathing at the top between our shoulders,

Breathing deeply and slowly into this area.

Allowing it to adjust and relax.

Just moving to the middle of our spine,

Allowing it to shift,

Adjust,

Find the right position.

These movements can be very small,

Very subtle.

Just finding that perfect sweet spot where it feels most at ease.

Allowing this feeling to move down to the bottom of our spine.

Allowing this ease and adjustment flow.

Allowing our bodies to find that perfect sweet spot for now.

Where it's most at ease,

Most comfortable.

And when you're ready,

Move down through our hips and thighs.

Allowing these parts of our bodies to fully let go and relax.

Allowing this sensation to flow down through our knees and the lower legs.

And now breathing all the way down into our feet,

Right into the tips of our toes.

Full deep slow breaths all the way down into your feet.

Breathing slow and deep.

We're now more aware of our whole body as one being completely relaxed and soft at the ease.

Taking a moment of peace just to be.

Take a moment just to enjoy this feeling of comfort,

Relaxation,

Softness.

Feel how easy it is to be relaxed.

Still breathing slow and deep.

Allowing this energy into your body,

Softness and contentment and ease.

Take as much time here as you need.

Allowing this feeling of comfort,

Relaxation and contentment and ease.

Allowing this feeling of comfort,

Relaxation and contentment and ease.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

And if it feels right,

Take these last few moments to journal and reflect on your experience.

Noting any insights or pearls of wisdom you had,

However great or small they may feel.

Allowing this feeling of comfort,

Relaxation and contentment and ease.
