Observe,
Witness,
And contemplate.
As always,
Prepare your environment,
Turn on your receiving mechanism,
And prepare the tools you use to learn.
Turn on your favorite healing sounds,
Receive your favorite essential oils,
And prepare to absorb what you wish.
Receive a few nourishing deep breaths,
And then state aloud,
I choose to receive profound and transformational epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness with ease and grace.

Observe,
Witness,
And contemplate.
Observe as the energies of all colors and vibrations move through your space.
The observe,
Witness,
And contemplate practice was covered at length in the Foundation podcasts.
But it's such a vital component of this program that we will revisit it.
First,
Connect with your peaceful place from the find peace within consideration.
Then listen with the intent to understand this practice and your vibration.
Choose what to align and work with.
And remember,
This is a place to begin to understand yourself,
How you operate,
And to uncover to what conditioning you are subscribing.
In this quiet,
Peaceful place,
Notice yourself,
Notice others,
The world,
Your thoughts,
And your visuals.
Witness what is unfolding and allow it to be without trying to manipulate or control it.
Instead,
Study the pain,
The joy,
The movement of energy as it spirals,
As it turns,
As it crashes,
As it flows.
Contemplate that you are love.
Not programmed love,
But true source,
Unconditional compassion and understanding love.
The fabric of our existence.
The love that you can align with to create.
Notice as the energy moves through your being,
Regardless of if it is hate,
Sadness,
Joy,
Pain,
Suffering,
Happiness,
Excitement,
Or peace.
Just give it space to breathe.
Give it space to move.
Keep breathing.
Keep observing.
Eventually,
You will find that with freedom and when witnessed,
The energy will either radiate or dissipate based on your desire.
Through your contemplation,
You may receive insight and wisdom,
Which has been there all along to help you find resolution or a next step with whatever is arising.
You may receive healing,
A higher understanding,
A message,
Another layer to uncover,
Or you may just feel peace.
Wash,
Rinse,
And repeat.
This observe,
Witness,
And contemplate is a place for you to go within,
To view,
To observe,
To witness,
To see,
To experience what is happening without changing anything about it.
Contemplate the following.
Sit with whatever you are allowing to control you,
Impact your being,
Or that is causing you to go in circles and thus create pain or suffering.
Breathe and notice.
Examine the energy moving through your space and witness where it goes,
Where it comes from,
And where it snuggles.
Make the moments necessary to observe every inch of it.
How does it breathe?
How does it move?
What agitates it?
With what does it find peace or excitement?
What provides it food?
What starves it and reduces its size?
Put your attention on it,
Just watching,
Just observing with gentle curiosity.
It is here you are ready to understand its purpose in your life and what it is teaching you.
You are ready to allow it to dissolve or transmute,
Not by persuasion,
Not under pressure,
Not with judgment,
But with observation,
Acceptance,
And love.
You may have been carrying and cycling this for some time and ready for the next step.
Go through this observe,
Witness,
And contemplate process as often as needed to get through the layers of judgment,
Guilt,
Shame,
Sadness,
Anxiety,
And fear.
Try to understand that you are not these feelings.
You are so much more.
Take as much time as you need.
Here are some practices that you can take into your day today.
Practice number one,
Sit for a moment and feel those experiences that get under your skin,
Those sticky feelings and experiences that elicit discomfort in your being.
Observe and witness them.
Revisit the observe,
Witness,
And contemplate section,
The podcast,
If necessary.
What are these experiences?
Take note of them.
State them aloud or write them down.
There's no need to do anything about them yet.
Here you are gaining awareness of what these experiences trigger within you and how you may not want to let go of your response to the triggers.
Can you understand that the discomfort is welcome at a level of your being because it is familiar?
What would happen if you just observed and witnessed without responding?
Those experiences and the triggers desire to be seen,
So provide them what they want without responding.
Practice number two,
One by one,
Sit with each experience and dive deeper into the observing,
Witnessing,
And contemplating.
Allow yourself to be still and centered,
Both grounded into the earth and aligned to the light of heaven.
Find a gentle and rhythmic breath with a soft and mild upward turning of your lips.
With eyes closed,
Allow the first experience to unfold,
Accepting it without reacting to it,
Without giving to it,
Just breathing,
Observing,
And witnessing.
If you are ready,
Move on to the contemplate stage.
Receive the wisdom without judgments or opinions.
Over time,
These experiences and your response to them will transform.
It just takes practice,
Diligence,
And being consistent,
Persistent,
And resistant,
Which was episode five if you want to revisit that one.
Here are some affirmations that may help.
You can speak the following aloud or choose to create your own.
Repeat daily for as long as desired.
Number one,
I am ready to identify what has a hold on me that is creating pain and suffering.

Witness,
And contemplate my life and experiences.
