Welcome to the Health Rebellion Meditations.

This is a space for you to come home to yourself,

Even in the midst of craving.

You don't need perfect conditions to be present with yourself.

You just need to begin.

So wherever you are,

Let your body settle.

Whether you're curled on the sofa or out for a walk,

Just take a moment to pause.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your jaw soften.

Do that again.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Let your breath anchor you to this moment.

Bring your attention to the craving.

Not to fight it or fix it,

Just to meet it.

Where in your body do you feel it?

Your mouth?

Your stomach?

Your chest or throat?

And what does it feel like?

Is it a tightness?

A heat?

A flutter?

Don't label it as bad or wrong,

But just notice it.

Like a wave rising in the ocean.

You don't have to dive into it.

And you don't have to hide from it.

You can just float along.

Ask yourself,

What am I really needing right now?

Is it comfort?

Rest?

Connection?

A moment of peace?

Cravings are messengers.

You don't have to obey them,

But you can listen.

That is how we stop running from ourselves.

That is how we break the cycle.

Not with force,

But with presence.

Imagine the craving now.

Picture it like a wave.

It rises.

It falls.

It peaks.

And then it begins to fall away.

It may come back,

But it always passes.

And you are still here.

Breathing.

Watching.

Choosing.

This is your power.

Take one more deep breath in.

And let it all go on the exhale.

And as you return to your day,

Know this.

You showed up.

And that is the beginning of freedom.

One breath.

One wave.

One tiny rebellion at a time.
