Welcome,

Love.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting tall or lying down with your body supported.

Close your eyes gently.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and let it out fully through your mouth.

Let's do that again.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale completely.

Allow your body to soften,

To settle,

To arrive right here.

Feel the weight of your body pressing gently into the ground beneath you.

Notice the points of contact,

Your seat,

Your legs,

Your back.

The earth is holding you safe,

Steady,

Grounded.

Bring awareness to your breath,

Not needing to change it,

Just noticing.

Like waves in the ocean,

Your breath flows in and out.

If your mind wanders,

Gently guide it back to your breath,

Like returning home.

Now,

Imagine you are sitting beneath a wide open sky,

Above you thoughts drift like clouds.

Some clouds are heavy and stormy,

Some are light and passing,

But remember,

You are the sky,

Not the clouds.

As each thought appears,

Simply notice it,

See it float gently past,

Carried by the wind.

You do not need to chase it,

You do not need to hold it,

Just let it drift.

Notice the space between the clouds,

The vast,

Endless sky of your mind.

This space is always here,

Clear,

Calm,

Infinite.

Rest here.

Place your hand gently on your heart,

Feel the rise and fall with each breath.

In this moment,

Nothing is asked of you,

Nothing is required.

You are safe,

You are supported,

You are enough.

Repeat silently after me,

I am calm,

I am clear.

My mind is open and at peace.

Begin to bring your awareness back into your body,

Notice the sounds around you.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes softly.

Carry this clarity with you into the rest of your day.

Your mind is clear,

Your heart is steady,

Your presence is here.
