Settle into a comfortable position,

Let your body rest,

Let your breath slow down and gently bring your awareness into this moment.

There's no rush here,

No pressure to get it right.

This is your time to soften.

Let yourself land into your breath,

Into your body,

Into whatever this moment brings.

Now imagine yourself like a tree,

Strong in your roots,

Grounded in who you are,

Soft in your branches,

Swaying with the wind.

Because life will bring the wind,

Change,

Uncertainty,

The unexpected.

None of it means you're off track.

It means you're living.

Flexibility doesn't mean losing yourself.

It means being so connected to your truth,

You can bend without breaking,

You can pause without panicking,

You can adjust without abandoning yourself.

So if you're holding onto something tightly right now,

A plan,

A timeline,

An expectation,

A version of how things should be,

See if you can soften your grip.

Breathe in,

I can trust the flow.

Breathe out,

I don't have to control it all.

You are not failing just because things look different than you imagined.

You are not behind.

You are evolving beautifully,

Naturally,

In your own time.

Let go of the need to be perfect.
