Hi,

Welcome back to day three where we'll be cultivating our mental garden.

I just want to start by congratulating everyone who's made it to our third day on this From the Roots Up Odyssey.

You've already taken profound steps in grounding into the unshakable wisdom of our ancestors and nourishing the sacred temple of your physical body.

On day one we went through a powerful retreat meditation realigning with that steady resilient spirit that has been passed down through generations before us.

We reconnected to the truth that we are part of an ancient lineage surviving and thriving against all odds.

Then yesterday we brought focused attention and gratitude to this miraculous vessel we've been gifted in this carnation.

Through breathwork we appreciated all the interconnected systems collaborating to give us life from the heart's external rhythm down to each tiny cell receiving oxygen.

Now that we're grounded into our roots and our physical base we turn inward to cultivate the mental landscapes we participate in shaping each day from thought to thought and action to action.

For just as we must lovingly tend to our fertile garden to ensure it blooms vibrantly we must be intentional stewards of our mind seeds weeding out the limiting beliefs and consciously visualizing life's richest blossoms into existence.

Let's get ready for this cultivating mental garden meditation.

Find a relaxed yet upright seated posture and allow your eyes to gently close.

Take a few slow deep breaths to settle into this present moment.

Visualize yourself in a lush green garden space abundant with possibility.

All around you is fertile soil ready and waiting to receive the seeds you will plant and tend to with care.

This is the canvas of your conscious mind.

Notice any pre-existing plants within this landscape.

Perhaps some are thriving with vibrant blooms while others appear wilted,

Choked by weeds.

These represent the current thoughts,

Beliefs and mindsets inhabiting your mental space.

You have the power to nurture what is prospering while gracefully removing what no longer serves.

Imagine you are holding a bag of seeds representing your greatest visions,

Deepest hopes and aspirations,

Get clear on the specific desires you wish to plant in this garden.

It could be around your health,

Relationships,

Career,

Creative pursuits or spiritual evolution.

Once you identify the first seed of intention,

Bend down and use your fingers to dig a nourishing hole in the soft earth.

This will allow you to plant the seeds you wish to plant in this garden.

Once you identify the first seed of intention,

Bend down and use your fingers to dig a nourishing hole in the soft earth.

Cradle this seed with immense care as you place it gently into the soil,

Covering it over while speaking aloud your commitment to its fruition.

Repeat this process for each of the seeds,

Pressing them into fertile places all around you and saturating them with your loving energy,

Clarity and belief in their inherent potential to blossom.

When you've planted all your intentional seeds,

Take a mindful breath and envision breathing,

Vibrant light over this garden to catalyse its flourishing.

See this space radiating with creation force,

Branches swaying with abundance and fragrant potential.

Know that you can return to this visionary garden whenever you wish.

To tend to it with your consciousness and witness the flower of your mindset blossoming brilliantly.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes while carrying this verdant landscape into the present.

As you open your eyes,

Notice how this inner realm of potential and possibility you have envisioned feels expansive yet supremely real at the same time.

This world is not separate from the physical one.

In fact,

That which we focus our mental energy on with clarity and care inevitably sprouts into manifestation out there.

So be disconcerting of the mindsets,

Thought patterns and images you're choosing to water within your consciousness,

Just as you wouldn't leave a garden untended with choking weeds overtaking it.

Don't neglect the upkeep of your visualisations required for your greatest dreams to flourish into reality.

When you catch yourself drifting into constricted scarcity mindsets,

Root back into the wisdom of this meditation,

Call forth the more fertile visionary resolve of your imagination and nurture those mental seeds with patience and love until their fruition is unstoppable.

Tomorrow,

We'll explore embodying the clarity,

Presence and emotional awareness to alchemise even life's heaviest energies on this path.

I'll see you tomorrow.
