Facing fear of unknown - Do we know why we behave in a certain repeated pattern in certain given situations, Our belief system starts when we are 2-7 years of age either by nature or nurture. We form certain belief systems which influence us in the later part of our life. This meditation helps to understand and letting go of those fear of failure, fear of success. Both are unknowns. Start breathing normally by observing the breath.

Pay attention to your nostrils,

Today we try to do some dealing with unknowns.

Unknowns in our meditation.

Just keep observing your breath.

Time to time we try to be fear of unknowns,

Which could be a fear of success or fear of failure.

This is in our aura,

Ambatam,

We carry that.

This comes from the childhood,

Where we might have been rejected or scared of something which carries the rest of our lives.

This meditation will help you to accept,

See the things the way they are.

Just observe your own breath.

Observe the air coming in and air going out.

If your mind starts wondering,

Please bring back to your breathing.

As your thoughts calm down,

I want you to bring some happy feeling in you.

It could be an object,

It could be an animal,

It could be a animal,

A new place.

Just feel the feeling of happiness.

Let the happiness fill the entire body,

Inside this system in your aura.

Take the time,

Spring that feeling.

As you fill yourself with your happiness,

Observe your forehead,

Third eye area has a screen.

See any colors,

Any visuals appear there.

Just bring that happiness feeling into that area,

Where you can feel it,

See it.

As you fill yourself with your happiness,

Just think about what makes you so anxious about unknown.

The two aspects to it,

There's fear of rejection,

Fear of success.

What could have happened to us when we were young,

Where we would be rejected.

We are carrying that even today.

We could be deprived of near ones love,

Love of near ones,

Some friend,

Or something someone laughed at you.

And it could be any reason.

Think how it's impacting you today.

Don't let that impact your feeling,

Just bring the thought,

Just in a superficial manner,

As if you're watching the TV.

Don't associate with it,

Don't get it nice to you.

How does it matter to yours today?

It's going to pass for a few minutes.

Just keep observing your breath while this thought is running away.

Let the bell and bone remind you to concentrate on the feeling,

Not on the thought.

Just ask yourself,

How does it impact me if the rejection happens?

What is it that I'm going to do?

What are the losses of having this belief system within us?

Just observe the breathing,

How does it affect you?

Once you feel it's leaving your system,

You can use that formation.

Unhappy and content,

Bless and release the fear which is not helping you like that.

I choose to let it go.

Stay on this affirmation for a few seconds.

What am I not comfortable about success?

What is that I'm going to lose if I succeed in any action or activity?

What is my opportunity cost which I'll be losing by being successful?

What story are we telling ourselves?

What's the story,

Culture or belief system for me?

Am I blocking any success with my belief system?

What is my life?

Belief systems form from the age of two to seven years.

Now,

They're always there.

They try to protect you because you would have got hurt in that age.

But no longer serves.

You consciously choose into light,

Purpose,

Fuels,

Fear of unknowns.

Choose to let go.

All that doesn't serve you.

All those belief systems which I found when I was a kid.

I didn't know any better.

I cleansed my aura with unwanted belief systems with the white light,

Which is from the divine source.

I request the divine white light to cleanse and purify me.

All unwanted belief systems which I put myself.

It's no longer serving.

I'm very quiet.

Just visualize you've been cleansed.

Revolve all the belief systems you've carried.

Fear of unknowns,

Fear of rejection,

Fear of senses.

Let go of everything.

Fear of what others think.

Fear of others judging you.

Choose to let go.

Stand on my authentic self.

Which empowers me to do what I'm meant to do in this life.

Clear all that nature and nurture put in my aura,

Which serves no longer.

I request the white light to protect me.

Not any more belief system which doesn't serve you.

I request the white light to empower me.

So that I do what I'm meant to do in this life.

Just feel your physical body and aura around you with the white light.

Feel the protection and secure.

I will nurture my shield around you which will protect you from any negativity,

Any unwanted energies,

Belief systems.

With this protection,

Bring your images back to your physical body.

Feel your body.

Feel where you're sitting.
