Take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and move your awareness fully and completely to your heart and release any tension through your mouth get grounded fully in present moment and in your body and be ready to embrace fully all parts of yourself which you rejected and abandoned over a time the successful you,
Always good enough you,
Healthy you,
Always lovable you peaceful you,
Blissful you,
Happy you,
Excited you,
Full of life you,
Abandoned you rich you,
Fulfilled you,
Take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth let's say with me the sentence I love you and say to yourself and observe any sensation which you have in your body anything which says it's not true or any unpleasant sensation follow any unpleasant body sensation or emotional feeling which you have in in your body and just dive deep into it so let's do it together I love you I love myself I fully accept myself I fully embrace and love myself exactly as I am right now because as I am he's already perfect as I am he's already successful as I am he's already good enough as I am he's already lovable as I am he's already happy take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth and what we are doing now triggering all resistance and limitations within you so follow unpleasant feelings in your body and unpleasant body sensations in the on your body where is it that you feel unpleasant when you say those things move there with your awareness right now and what you do now is letting go process and the letting go process is imagine that pain you are not running of it and you're not trying to get rid of it we are fully immersed into it and surrender into it it's even it's like if you step into the pool step into the swimming pool with the water and you surrender you don't fight it you don't think about it you just fully immerse yourself into the water and you surrender to it and you sort of dive deep into it so dive deep into the unpleasant emotions within you after you say those affirmations or those sentences because what you do ultimately is releasing in the resistance and you're bringing parts which are hurt and you rejected and abandoned over it over the years and time and space you bring them back home into yourself so if you're there let's do it again and you sort of breathe into that pain without fighting you fully feel it you fully relax into it and you not think about it so we are not using the mind so let's again be triggered let's trigger yourself let's trigger ourselves I love myself no matter whether my mother loves me I love myself no matter whether my father loves me or ever loved me I love myself no matter whether my partner loves me I love myself no matter whether my children loves me love me I love myself and I don't need anything outside of me to love me to feel lovable and to love myself take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth and dive deep into that pain during my talk during that meditation and just breathe deeply and when there is a strong pain just breathe in the count of six hold the breath for three and then release it for the count of six and then hold the breath for the three and then breathe normally so if something is very strong do this pattern so we can do it again together so breathe in the count of six hold the breath in the count of three and a release imagine releasing or when you breathe out in the count of six you are letting it go and hold the breath for three and breathe normally letting go is like stop believing in things you believe till now it's all that simple but what you want to do is all those limitations and assumptions they have emotional charge and you want to not to be afraid of that emotional charge and let it go resolve it and neutralize it because when it's neutral no matter whether you steep kill keep thinking certain things about yourself it has no effect on on your manifestation and creating your reality because it's neutral so it doesn't bother you doesn't have power over you that's what we are doing that's where you dive deep into the unpleasant feelings so let's say it with me together trigger ourselves exactly who I am is lovable is deserving love no matter whoever loves me or not whether my mother gave me the love or is giving me love no matter whether my father gave me love or is giving me love no matter of other people my partner or my children I am lovable no matter of my circumstances no matter on my past no matter what happened no matter what I did and what I've done I am lovable take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through mouth move into parts of your body where you feel them biggest and intense pain and you can say yourself I release you and then in immerse yourself into that pain into that emotion and surrender don't push it don't make any effort don't think about it just be there and it will bubble up through your body it will neutralize itself I am deserving of love exactly as I am I am worthy of love exactly as I am I can experience and feel love in me within me it's always there it has always been there I am the source of the love and the happiness I can feel happy and love right now and always and forever because it is my default state it's me stay there with me please stay there with me take a deep breath your nose to your heart well done and release any tension through your mouth find any thoughts contradictory thoughts which are there and I want you to repeat for yourself that contradictory thoughts like I am NOT lovable I don't deserve love find the story you are telling yourself so now it's time for you to investigate what is it that it is within you what rules did you create it in order to feel love in order to feel happy in order to feel good what rules did you create it what it is within you investigate that pain investigate your thoughts because it is in your body so go there where is unpleasant feeling and dive deep there what a story are you telling yourself what a screaming voice is within you what do you believe in what are rules for you to be happy what are rules for you to feel good for the rules for you to feel loved to feel lovable what are your rules does it have to be other person who gives it to you so then only then you feel worthy of love and lovable and can you let it go the idea that it must be the other person that gives you love can you let it go because love is in you and you don't need to be loved by other person in order to feel love to feel loved and to feel lovable take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth go into your parts of your body where you feel the fight inner fight feel unpleasant sensation unpleasant feeling and dive deep there and immerse into it don't fight it just dive deep into that feeling so there is a thought I am NOT lovable I need to deserve it or someone else but behind it and there is an emotional charge what I want you to do is to fully surrender to that emotional charge relax your body and feel it so if you're there just take a deep breath in the count of six so one two three four five six hold the breath for three one two three and now breathe out and release and let it go one two three four five six and hold the breath one two three and now breathe normally don't worry if you don't let it go fully or if you are not ready think about it or sort of make a choice whether you want to fully release it it's up to you but what do you want to do not thinking so much you are thinking and then you go back into the feeling because you're the letting go go through fully immersing diving deep surrendering into that unpleasant emotion unpleasant feeling in your body being fully grounded being fully in your body take a deep breath through your nose and release any tension through your mouth well done let's do another round exactly as I am I'm worthy of love take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth exactly who I am I am good enough no matter what was my past experience regardless of my any experience regardless of anything I think right now exactly as I am I am perfect I am good enough take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and dive deep into the unpleasant emotion and release any tension through your mouth so really follow that unpleasant sensation and feelings and fully go there and stand in it be with it be in it and open yourself into it it's like okay I that was my belief system that was my experience that's what I was thinking about myself but now it's time to let it go even it's illogical for me it's even it's maybe hard for me it's even I doubt it and doubt myself I'm choosing it because that's true and now follow any unpleasant sensation feelings dive deep into it relax into it get grounded and breathe it in the count of six hold the breath for three and release in the count of six and hold the breath for three and now breathe normally return back to your heart take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth well done I repeat with me I choose to love myself no matter what I choose to stand behind myself no matter what I choose myself always I always believe myself I choose to always trust and believe myself I choose to always love myself I choose to be there for me I choose to listen to my needs and desires I choose to listen to myself I choose to support myself I choose to accept myself no matter what I choose to feel myself and I choose to be myself and now hug yourself embrace yourself physically hug yourself hug your inner truth hug all your rejected and abandoned parts and bring them home with that embrace with that hug and just feel the love for yourself feel the love for yourself and feel the love for yourself I am choosing to have compassion with myself I'm choosing to have patience with myself I am choosing to trust myself I'm choosing to believe myself I am choosing to believe that whoever I am I am good enough I'm choosing to believe and trust myself that whoever I am I'm successful I'm choosing to believe and trust myself that whoever I am I am loved and lovable that I am worthy and deserving and so be it and so it is take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension well done well done well done well done you did a great job you've done a great job thank you for being there for yourself and thank yourself for being there for yourself
