This meditation offers a simple yet profound journey into the art of release. Instead of striving or holding on, you’ll learn to let thoughts, feelings, and sensations drift by — like leaves on a stream or birds across the sky. This practice reminds you that life unfolds by itself, and that freedom comes not from control, but from letting go. A sound meditation for softening, resting, and remembering your natural ease. Hello there!

Let's take 5 minutes to sit quietly.

Not to get anywhere.

But to let go.

Let go of holding on.

Let go of trying.

And simply be.

Let yourself set out like a stone into a riverbed.

No need to hold up yourself too much.

Let the ground carry you.

Notice your breath moving in and out.

Nothing to do.

Just let it breathe itself.

The body already knows what to do.

You can trust it.

And let it be.

You don't have to chase them.

You don't even have to push them away.

Just watch them.

Notice how they appear and disappear.

Like a bubble in a stream.

You are not a bubble.

You are the stream.

Into what is mean let go?

Not to push in a way.

Not to pull in too hard.

Just releasing.

Let go of needing a perfect moment.

This moment is already perfect.

Let go of being hurt.

Let go of being someone.

Nothing wrong with who you are.

Just rest in being.

Everything is happening by itself.

Isn't that wonderful?

Let yourself be the mystery that you are.

Not something to figure it out.

But something to feel.

You don't need to hold onto it.

Just let it touch you.

You are not separate from life.

You are life.

You are this breath,

This song,

And this moment.

Easy and slow.

Feel your body.

Feel the space around you.

There is no rush.

You have to let go and stay there.

You are here.

Carry this quiet and freedom with you.

Not as something you are trying to keep.

But as something you allow.

Thank you.

Namaste.
